I purchased the car "sight unseen" and Neil arranged for the car to be delivered to my home @ no charge. The car arrived exactly when promised and was exactly how Neil represented it over the phone. What a painless and pleasant experience buying our new 4x4 truck. We had contacted several dealerships online one evening and by 9am the next morning we had a call from Neil Parsons asking exactly what w 4x4 truck. We had contacted several dealerships online one evening and by 9am the next morning we had a call from Neil Parsons asking exactly what we were looking for in a truck. Most of the work was done by phone and Neil even offered to bring a truck to our home as we live an hour away. Deciding to drive there and try out the truck we found he had two trucks ready for us. He had certainly listened when we listed what we wanted and we drove home with a new truck. He never tried to talk us into other options and explained how to work the options available on the truck.
