He was never pushy, and he was always very helpful! I had to drive about an hour and 45 minutes to get to the dealership in Hickory, but because of my great experience there, I would go back to them, despite the long drive. Ryan was also very helpful on the finance end. He worked with us to try and get us the monthly payment that we wanted. He was very patient with us as we tried to make a decision, and he never tried to talk us in to anything that we were uncomfortable with. Bryan Parsons is a good man and Everett Dealership is a wonderful organization. Bryan worked with me over several days to buy my first car. First of all Everett had the best price hands down for the car I was looking for. They were the only one who was willing to reduce the price of the car and offered me a very reasonable price for my trade in. They offered to bring my car to me at no charge and you cannot get this kind of good service even at a grocery store. This was all due to the good work of Bryan who never harassed me with numerous calls at odd times and he made my car buying experience very exciting. I still cannot believe that I have been able to negotiate and come out getting what I want. Feels like I am still dreaming. On a scale of 1-5 I will give you guys a 10 for going beyond and helping a mom out even with financing which they were able to beat the interest rate of my bank. My experience was all I was looking for, everyone treaded me and my wife with respect and at no time did we experience pressure to purchase. Kris Kerr assisted in meeting my needs in a new GMC Yukon. Kris made this happen, all I had to do was show up on Saturday at 9AM and I was out the door with my new Yukon by 10:15AM. Kris and the staff made me and my wife feel very comfortable and went out of their way to meet our expectations. This was my best experience in purchasing a new vehicle.
