We live 2.5 hrs from the dealership and was unable to travel to test drive for a day or so. Mr Parsons answered my husbands questions over the phone and promptly sent us an email with detailed information. When coming to test drive, Mr Parsons had our vehicle ready and waiting for us to test. He was informed/educated about the vehicle and provided a relaxed, no-hassle environment. He clearly has a gift for building rapport with his clients and my husband and I felt no sales pressure during our entire purchase process. Mr Parsons was kind, thoughtful, and honest and I would definitely purchase a vehicle from him again :) More
We purchase a used Volvo from this dealership and were informed it was in great condition with no accidents, collisions, ect. Our salesman provided us with an AutoCheck report as proof of no damage, as w informed it was in great condition with no accidents, collisions, ect. We were given numerous guarantees (verbally of course) that the car had never been in any accidents. After purchasing the car, the next day it wouldn't start. After many attempts it finally started. The second day we owned the car the air conditioning went out. Something was obviously wrong so we returned to the dealer with the car. Long story short.....THIS DEALERSHIP KNOWINGLY SOLD US A CAR THAT HAD OVER $6000 WORTH OF REPAIRS PERFORMED IN THE LAST YEAR DUE TO A BAD COLLISION THE PERVIOUS OWNER WAS IN. THE REPAIR WORK DID NOT SHOW ON ANY AUTOCHECKS ECT. BECAUSE HE PAID THIS DEALERSHIP CASH FOR REPAIRS AND OBVIOUSLY DID NOT REPORT IT TO INSURACE. Tricks of the trade for these dealers. UDAP law requires all businesses to be ethical in sales to consumers and protects consumers from unfair and deceptive practices such as these. BUYERS BEWARE!!! This dealership will lie, lie, lie! This is my second purchase from Everett and Kris Kerr in the past two years. Both experiences have been easy and without any pressure from Kris. It took us a week to come to the deal but it was smooth and without pressure from anyone at Everett. Kris took the time to answer all my questions before and during the purchase of my new 2013 GMC Sierra. The young lady (Cathy) in finance was a pleasure to work with as well. She was not pushy after i denied the extra care options she tried to sell me. I was out of the finance office in 20 minutes or less. Ryan Hoke was nice in getting my on star, phone and xm radio switch over from 2012 Silverado. He also made sure I understood all the options on the new truck. We just bought a new Chevy Camaro from Everett Chevrolet in Hickory. I have to say it was one of the best experiences buying a car I have ever had. Our total time on the phone with Chuck and Kathy (finance manager) was about 15 mins. Our time at the dealership to pick our car up was less than 30mins. It was quick, easy, and smooth. They care about their customers and their business. I would recommend Everette to everyone!!!! More

We live in Greeneville Tennessee and found this dealership on Autotrader.com. We were looking for a nice used Tahoe or Suburban and this dealership had plenty to choose from. We drove over one Saturday and found the one we liked. We met Doug Minton who went out of his way to make this sale happen, He even had the vehicle delivered to us in Tennessee. I will recommend this dealership to anyone who will listen. After working in car dealerships myself I really appreciated the fact that they have a female sales manager. We were looking for a new Chevrolet 2500HD and had been to or talked to about every new dealership in Charlotte. We had finally settled on what features he wanted so we got quotes from just about all of th to or talked to about every new dealership in Charlotte. We had finally settled on what features he wanted so we got quotes from just about all of those dealers. I found Everett Chevrolet through cars.com and gave them a call to ask about a particular truck they had in stock. I spoke with Derek Reed and it turned out that the particular truck wasn't the LTZ model that my husband wanted. We had found another dealer that had the LTZ model with most of the features he wanted so we were going to just get that one even though it wasn't my husbands first choice in color. Derek asked me for a list of everything that my husband wanted in his truck and called me back within 30 minutes to say he found the exact truck we would have built ourselves. It was already made but still at the factory. It was the correct color, model and actually had even more features than we even asked for (power sliding rear window, etc.). The price? Well, lets just say that my husband couldn't believe how fantastic the quote was so Derek sent the price breakdown to us with his managers signature on it so we knew that there were no extra charges we'd encounter down the road. We figured then that they'd make up the price by offering us less than what we asked for in trade. So, we made the drive from Charlotte up to Hickory on Saturday and met with Derek who had everything already done ahead of time. They then checked out our trade in and accepted our requested price without hassle or negotiations. Cathy Crisp in the finance department had even found us a lower APR (1%) than we had from the bank and was an absolute pleasure to work with. We were in and out of the dealership in roughly 30 minutes. Everything was ready in advance so it was just a matter of signing the papers and we were out the door. The new truck was coming from the factory so Everett Chevrolet is going to bring the truck down to us when it gets in (sometime this week) and take our old truck back with them ALL FREE OF CHARGE. We even asked to speak with Derek's manager to let him know how great a job Derek did. We absolutely will buy our next vehicle with Derek Reed at Everett Chevrolet. The no-pressure sales, the feeling like you were their most important customer and the honest approach they take when working with you has been honestly hands-down the best car buying experience that we have ever had. We have bought many vehicles over the years and have never walked away feeling like we made the absolute best deal all-around possible with such a positive experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Derek Reed, Cathy Crisp and all of the Everett Chevrolet team to anyone looking for a stress-free, excellent car-buying experience. More
