I have been looking for a GMC Terrain for several months through Cars.com. I have found several I was interested in, but I found the right one at Everett Chevy/GMC. I went down and selected a 2013 Terrain Denali, Derek had the person who looked at my car and we got some figures. It was a hard decision to make, I told Derek I would think about it and call him. He understood and did not pressure to make a decision . I talked to him two day later and went down and purchased the SUV I have been looking for. I feel like I got a better deal than anywhere I have been. I will tell my friends and family how friendly, polite and helpful everyone that was involved in my purchase. Very familiar with the Service Department at Everett (Tamra is very helpful) but as a first time new car buyer I was impressed with how patient the sales representative was during the entire process. And, sure enough, he called me back a couple of month later with the exact vehicle - except it was 1 year newer, more decked out with all of the bells and whistles including a manufacturer extended warranty, for exactly the price I needed. I couldn't be more pleased with the service, attention to details, and follow ups. I recommend him to everyone......and I have never met him in person. He helped with everything. We walked in and we had our grandson with us. Tammy Nink came over and offered popcorn and water. Took us back to the waiting area. My grandson said oh! It is just like heaven! He really liked being able to use the computer and eat popcorn. Justin Phillips, Cathy Crisp and Tammy Nink did all they could to make us comfortable. They helped us get a great financing rate. Justin had the Yukon washed and cleaned from top to bottom. It made it just like new. We love our GMC Yukon. It was just what we were looking for.
