Terrible Experience, Everett Chevrolet misleads customers, they don't take responsibility for their mistakes, don't use Everett Chevrolet period. I needed a new battery, my car, Corvette didn't hav customers, they don't take responsibility for their mistakes, don't use Everett Chevrolet period. I needed a new battery, my car, Corvette didn't have any mechanical or electrical issues. Everett Chevrolet replaced the battery then my Corvette begin to have electrical issues, blowing fuses. Everett Chevrolet diagnose a electrical linkage problem cost @ $3,000.00; however, problem persist. Everett Chevrolet promised to reimburse me, never happened. They begin a confrontational disposition. Boyd Chevrolet identified the new battery was installed improperly and fixed the issue as a courtesy to me. I'm a Disabled Retired USAF Gulf War Veteran. Everett Chevrolet is a organization you should NEVER USE, period. Military Members, Disabled People stay away from Everett Chevrolet. More

He has a great personality and knowledge of cars and the market. Since most people don’t like going to dealerships since they feel like they get played or scammed I felt very comfortable shopping here no gimmicks straight to the point he made you feel like he was getting this car personally for you with no tricks. Also I recommend taking a ride in the golf cart for a tour of the lot he will definitely make you enjoy your visit to Everett, I definitely will be buying my future vehicles through him. Alvin was extremely patient, and encouraged us to look for something I would enjoy driving. After a few days of test driving different vehicles. We found one we really liked. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle my check engine light came on. I reached out to Alvin about what to do to get it corrected. Alvin went the extra mile post sale to make sure my truck would be repaired. Most salesmen leave any problems post sale at the dealership door. If you are looking for a vehicle, I would highly recommend going to see Alvin at Everett. Without the assistance from him, it would be just any other dealership. More

A sales manager calls someone interested in a vehicle they wrongly quoted someone, basically bullying them to take the bad review they posted down. Who does that? My husband and I have traveled 15 hours from Iowa to visit family and thought we would check out this dealership since he was quoted a “great” price via email from the salesperson he was emailing. Pictures of the truck were in the email, and it was communicated a different price shortly before we arrived.THOUSANDS of dollars higher. Multiple prices were thrown at us on this vehicle. First $32k then $38k then $36k on the website? We show up and they will NOT budge on pricing period, even though we were told $32k on the email. CarGurus even says this vehicle is overpriced … lol and KBB even proves it’s overpriced. No wonder your lot has so many used vehicles that are sitting and aging! You guys sure have a terrible way of welcoming people from out of state, this was the worst possible experience possible from a car dealership. We had way over $7000 for a down payment to put down on the vehicle and an excellent credit score- and you still treat a potential customer this way! The sales manager (Brent) said he probably wouldn’t even be able to get the vehicle through service, etc. almost as if he didn’t care whether we purchased the vehicle or not. The market is bad enough as it is, much less having a bad experience. We will be purchasing back home, for way less. We aren’t teenagers and we aren’t incompetent. My husband works for a GMC dealership and knows the value of vehicles. This message will be posted in more places and we have quite a family basis in the area, so bullying someone to take a bad review down wasn’t worth the ego trip. People deserve to know how Everett of Hickory treats their customers. Lies and dishonesty from the get go. Next time someone wants to call and bully someone about a review, think again. We will be contacting the BBB on behalf of the stunt that was pulled. Then- responds to the google review with a smart remark. Very unprofessional and they let their personal feelings get in the way. Recently went and picked out a vechicle and did credit application and was approved. Had down payment covered and went home to retrieve a document needed for loan. Could not understand why they would sell a car i had already agreed to purchase. The vehicle had just came in and was not clean or been through shop. Not a good way to treat customers. This would have been my 2nd purchase from them. No way to treat customers. More
