I was very pleased with the entire experience- no hassles. We drove from Atlanta to buy the 2008 Ford Escape we saw advertised on Autotrader for sale at Everett Chevrolet. We were pleased to find that the car was in good condition and looked as pretty as it's pict advertised on Autotrader for sale at Everett Chevrolet. We were pleased to find that the car was in good condition and looked as pretty as it's picture. It took a little longer than we would have liked to actually buy the car considering we were not financing it, but overall, the experience was very easy at Everett. Our salesperson, Jason Crooks, could not have been better. The drive home was smooth and uneventful. More
When purchasing my vehicle 03/06/2013, I was given an AutoCheck Vehicle History Report which stated the car was clear of accidents. With this information I proceeded to purchase the vehicle. I recently AutoCheck Vehicle History Report which stated the car was clear of accidents. With this information I proceeded to purchase the vehicle. I recently went out to trade the vehicle in at a different dealership (02/07/2014) and they ran a CarFax history report and found that the car had 2 more owners and has been in 3 accidents by the previous owner all of which the AutoCheck did not state. The dealership said they could not trade it because of this information and to go back to original dealer to try to get this worked out. Upon arrival, I presented my case to the Customer Service Manager. She made copies of both AutoCheck and CarFax reports and advised she would research to see what can be done to rectify the situation. On Monday 02/10/2014, I called and the CSManager was not present but a Sales Manager was aware of the situation and was ready to assist. Once i arrived, they had a vehicle similar to what I was wanting and offered it for a test drive. Test drive went great and they showed me the AutoCheck report which was clean. I then asked for the CarFax which turned out it too was previously in an accident!! I declined the vehicle and talked to the Sales Manager to get my situation cleared up. She said there was nothing she can do and deferred me to wait another day and talk to the CSManger again. Tuesday 02/11/2014, I went back to the dealership and the CSManager stated that they could not rectify the situation to what I wanted but could try to get me out of the vehicle by buying my car at Trade In value with no accidents ($15,000) and carry over the negative $7,878 into another vehicle. I then also declined this offer as not what I was looking to get out of the situation. They stated that I would still have to give $5000 out of my own pocket to get me out of the negative in which they put me with a previously wrecked car knowing that there is no where else I can go and get the same dollar amount for the vehicle. -- -- -- I would like my car payed off completely ($21,878) as it was sold to me under false pretense and a refund of the payments and maintenance done throughout the year so that I can use that for a down payment on another vehicle. I would not have purchased the vehicle to begin with knowing the fact that it was wrecked and used as a Fleet vehicle. I would simply like them to take responsibility for there actions and since they stand behind AutoCheck History Report, they should accept the the fact that it was wrong and correct the situation. To start with I didnt know so much about buying a truck that far away. After I realized how hard it was to find what I was looking for I decided to go ahead and capitalize on the deal. Mr. McPherson bascially took care of everything via phone and email I didnt even haft to go to the dealership. The truck was delivered to my house! I can not explain how great of a experience I had with Everett Chevrolet. The easy transaction made the sale!!!!!!!! More

My experience with Everett Chevrolet was nothing short of outstanding. I'd been searching for a used, VW EOS, for several months but was only considering a couple of colors and knew I wanted one with specifi outstanding. I'd been searching for a used, VW EOS, for several months but was only considering a couple of colors and knew I wanted one with specific options. Upon finding my dream car listed on Auto Trader by Everett Chevrolet, I proceeded to contact the dealership, via web chat and spoke with Lacie G and she was amazing. She emailed me both the Carfax report and the factory installed options and the link to the credit application. I completed the credit application and I was contacted by Chirs McMillen and he answered all of my questions and provided me with his cell number should I want to discuss the car further. I proceeded to call Chris later that day, and he happily answered all my questions about the car. A few days later I took the trip to see the car in person. I consider myself a good judge of character and had spoken to numerous car salesmen in the past. Typically, I've found most to be disingenuous, telling me only what I wanted to hear without regard to my own concerns or needs. Not so with Chris. As he showed me the car, I immediately felt at ease, as though I was talking to a personal acquaintance as opposed to a car salesman. He was very honest and upfront with me, with absolutely nothing to hide. After a few hours, I was in my 2012 VW EOS with a wide grin on my face. However, Chris commitment to taking care of his customers didn't stop there. He urged me to contact him in the future for any questions or concerns. It is without reservation that I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used car. Save yourself the headaches associated with cunning salesmen at other dealerships and see Chris at Everett. You won't be disappointed! More

We drove to Everett Chevrolet which is an hour away from home and arrived in the late afternoon with no appointment. We were greeted warmly and assigned a salesperson. I wish to send Kudos to Everett Chevrolet for their willingness to employ military veterans, two of which we had the pleasure of working with. B.J. (newly employed) and Conrad (his trainer) took every opportunity to make us feel welcome and appreciated. They worked well together to ensure that we got the best deal on the vehicle we wanted. I found a used vehicle at Everett online. My wife and I live over two hours from the dealership, so I wanted to get as much information about the car as possible before I made the trip. I called and was transferred to Neil Parsons who was very friendly and helpful. He volunteered to do a walk around of the car and send detailed pictures of anything I wanted to see as well as any issues he found. He also emailed me all the information the dealership had on the car. Feeling well enough informed at this point, we decided to make the drive to see the vehicle. Upon arrival I noticed that this was the most organized, well put together lot that I have possibly ever seen. Vehicles were parked in perfectly straight rows and well organized. It is clear that the owners and employees take pride in this business. The showroom was up to date and clean and we were offered snacks and coffee. The vehicle was in just as good if not better condition than Neil described. We took a test drive and noticed a plastic cover loose and making noise on the underside of the car. Upon return to the dealership, Neil took the car into the service department himself and addressed the loose part since the service department was closed (Saturday evening). I had never seen a car salesman get their hands dirty. He allowed me to take a look under the car myself while it was back there. We made a deal under no pressure whatsoever. It was my understanding that the regular business/finance manager was off that day. The business manager we dealt with was Phillip. He was fairly efficient at what he did and had us on our way without a lot of hassle. I would highly recommend Neil Parsons. Because of him, my wife and I feel that this was the best car buying experience we have ever had in our lifetime of 20 or more car purchases. More
