My recent experience with the Service center was nothing but exceptional. Both Neil Parsons and Jonathan are true professionals. I recently had some issues with oil leaking from my 2012 Yukon Denali that but exceptional. Both Neil Parsons and Jonathan are true professionals. I recently had some issues with oil leaking from my 2012 Yukon Denali that i purchased from Neil over a year ago. When i noticed the oil on the garage floor i called Neil and he told me to bring it in and he would take care of it. Not only did he take care of it, but he made sure that the problem was corrected. Jonathan took great care of us at the service center and explained what the problem was and that it would be taken care of right away. They fixed it and had us out the door in minimal time. Interesting enough, we had another problem and Neil and Jonathan were once again there to handle all issues. We were extremely well taken care of and it was all because of those two gentleman. If you are looking for a new or used car, Neil is the man to speak with. Honesty, Integrity and he will get you what you need. No doubt about that. When it comes to service, Jonathan will take care of it. He treats you with respect and goes the extra mile. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP GUYS!!! More
In my search for a new car, I was using my mother's GM points she earned through Capital One. The dealership staff was patient and answered all of my (and my mother's) questions. I started looking for a GMC Yukon XL on line and filled out the questionnaire Everett had on line regarding my trade in car. I also filled one out for several other dealers. Tom Bush from Everett and several people from other dealerships responded. But Tom was the only person eager to carry on the conversation all the way to the purchase point. The other dealers responded and then I never heard from them again. It seemed to me that most 'salesmen' I talked to weren't actually 'salesmen', they were just letting you know that they were interested in your business. But Tom actually worked with me and 'sold' me the car....he didn't just say he would be there if I needed him. He was not pushy or forceful, but he was more then willing to answer my questions and to search out the exact car I was looking for. The negotiations were straight forward and he helped me get the price I wanted for the Yukon. I live 2 hours from Everett, but Tom didn't let that interfere with process and once we made the agreement, he arranged to have the car delivered to my home. I will definitely use Everett and Tom the next time I purchase a vehicle. More
My family have been doing business here for life and always had great experience until now. Me and my mother were looking to buy a vehicle and we had picked the vehicles we wanted. My mother was set to purchase hers and due to late afternoon and only one finance clerk it was set for us to return the next afternoon to come pay for hers and pick up my choice for a test drive that the sales person had detailed for me. When we arrive the sales person told me that another sales person had requested the keys for that vehicle and said if they did not have any money on it that he could not hold the vehicle. Now keep in mind three sales person and a sales manager all new I was coming to pay cash for my mothers vehicle and pick up the second to test drive for purchase. Ryan, Tim, and Dwayne all were aware. Mr. David Zeigler said he apologized but the policy is if you don't have any money down on the vehicle that basically anyone can purchase it. Now remember three other sales person new I was coming to pick up the vehicle that day. So you can imagine how dejected I felt learning this the day I'm suppose to pick up the vehicle. This is what happens when sales managers are focused on quotas and not the customer. I could have went anywhere and expected this type of Custer service and disrespect but not here. So if meeting quotas and poor customer service is your goal you are meeting expectations. Thank you, Angela Shoun Linda Simmons More
