I can honestly say, that in the past, purchasing a car was not one of my favorite things to do; high pressure sales, low trade-in value, inflated vehicle prices, etc. From the moment that we walked onto t was not one of my favorite things to do; high pressure sales, low trade-in value, inflated vehicle prices, etc. From the moment that we walked onto the lot, I felt that the salesman was truly working for us asking us what we were interested in, what our price range was, etc. He didn't try to talk us into something we didn't want, or that we weren't interested in. He was very knowledgeable about GM products, which helped us pick out the Camaro that my wife really wanted. I had previous great experiences with Everett's service department, prior to our recent purchase. Travel to Everett Chevrolet, it is worth the trip. More
Our first experience with Everett Chevy was last year. We were left waiting for over an hour and a half (at a scheduled appointment) by the salesman. Tamara in service ended up having to take charge and handled what was needed to be done. It took no time at all when she got involved. My wife and I really had no intentions of returning to this dealership until we heard the original salesman transferred to the Moganton store. We decided to give the Hickory dealership one more try. It was ALL GOOD from our initial call this second time around. From Robert E, Conrad Smith, Phillip, Dave Zeigler, Tamara in service, the receptionist and Dave Everett. A 100% better experience the second time around. (Apparently, it was a saleman issue the first time.) We highly recommend Everett Chevrolet in Hickory to anyone interest in trading autos. They work extremely hard to make every phase of the deal as easy as possible for the customer. More
Came in with my 2007 Tahoe for a door problem. Tamara took great care of me in the service department and referred me to Conrad when I inquired as to the trade in value of my Tahoe. Conrad worked probably 4 hours or more with me to find the right vehicle/deal to make things work. Extremely pleased with all I worked with including the Finance processer who was very helpful. My wife and I were very pleased with all we came in contact with. It was expecially nice to see they had one person dedicated to sit with you in your new vehicle and explain/help set up all the available features. More
This was my second new car purchase and it was just as great as the first. I want to specifically commend Brent Clark and Dave Freeman for their excellent work in helping me. This dealership is the best I have ever dealt with. Brent Clark was completely patient with me over the 3 months I was looking at the car and trying to get the numbers right. Finally on the third try he worked his finger magic and I was able to purchase this vehicle. The product specialist Ryan Hoke is great at explaining the features and is very patient in answering all questions. All I can say is if you have not dealt with Everett Chevrolet in any form, sales (new and used), service, parts and collision center, then you have truly missed a great experience. There are not many Businesses nowadays that take the time and effort to be as friendly and helpful as Everett. More

My recent experience with the Service center was nothing but exceptional. Both Neil Parsons and Jonathan are true professionals. I recently had some issues with oil leaking from my 2012 Yukon Denali that but exceptional. Both Neil Parsons and Jonathan are true professionals. I recently had some issues with oil leaking from my 2012 Yukon Denali that i purchased from Neil over a year ago. When i noticed the oil on the garage floor i called Neil and he told me to bring it in and he would take care of it. Not only did he take care of it, but he made sure that the problem was corrected. Jonathan took great care of us at the service center and explained what the problem was and that it would be taken care of right away. They fixed it and had us out the door in minimal time. Interesting enough, we had another problem and Neil and Jonathan were once again there to handle all issues. We were extremely well taken care of and it was all because of those two gentleman. If you are looking for a new or used car, Neil is the man to speak with. Honesty, Integrity and he will get you what you need. No doubt about that. When it comes to service, Jonathan will take care of it. He treats you with respect and goes the extra mile. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP GUYS!!! More
