My experience buying Buick Encore pre-owned I came looking to purchase a vehicle and chose the Everett Chevrolet for the great service my father had gotten less then 1 yr previously when buying I came looking to purchase a vehicle and chose the Everett Chevrolet for the great service my father had gotten less then 1 yr previously when buying new truck. I looked at new GMC, Chevrolet, and Buick products. I was also shown certified pre-owned vehicles. I did chose to purchase my first used vehicle. I was very satisfied with the time spent browsing the vehicles and test driving each. I really like the selection offered on the lot I was also pleased with my experience with finance as well. . So, my first day's experience was a 5. However, the following day was not the same experience. I returned the following day to pick up my vehicle after being cleaned and I was not as pleased. The car had not been cleaned at all in the inside. in fact, a friend who accompanied me even commented on the dirt on the appearance inside the vehicle. The car was given to me with less then 1/4 tank of gas, which was a surprise. I have never purchased a vehicle without having full tank gas when I left the lot. Finally, I was told I would have someone teach me about the vehicle when I picked up the car, but this did not occur. This second day rating would be 3. So the average of the two days rating I would give would be 4. I would recommend the dealership to others as I know my family has purchased two vehicles now and been pleased. I would likely return myself and hope this was just a mishap. More

A Service Department Manager Who Could Care Less HORRIBLE experience! , buyer beware, if you want a good relationship in which the dealer takes care of your concerns and is helpful in solving your pr HORRIBLE experience! , buyer beware, if you want a good relationship in which the dealer takes care of your concerns and is helpful in solving your problem, this is not the place. I just spent 45 minutes with the service manager there and he was more concerned with trying to test my story and prove my service concerns wrong, rather than going outside to even look at the our Impala. We have a lot of water showing up under the glove box, in the floor board, passenger side. The service manager said he has not once heard of leaking and water accumulating in such a manner. When I told him of the 12 and more pages online, stating the Chevy Impala has had problems like this before, with many people online trying to figure it out, his exact words were " you can make anything up on the internet." Not exactly what I had expected to hear from a dealership service manager. Our family is the original owner of the 2003 Impala with only 84,000 miles on it and well taken care of. He felt that a car this old regardless of very low miles could have a bad leaking issue, and it wasn't a manufacture issue,,,,, interesting we have had other cars over the years with over 200,000 miles and never any issues, so is he saying maybe only an American made Impalas are prone to issues like major leaking after such few miles??? My biggest complaint with this company, Everett Chevrolet is that they advertise how great they are and are service friendly; yet, after the sale they obviously forgot about their ads on TV and could care less about looking at their customer's concerns. The service manager offered a $25 coupon off the possible solving of the problem, but with an estimate just to look at the car at $200, we figured after repairs, we could be in for an unpleasant surprise. So much for buying a car from a dealership and expecting good service after spending over $20,000 on a car. Don't get me wrong, they were not rude, they basically were just not interested in helping us in the leaky situation, so I recommend buying your Chevy somewhere else, or you may be disappointed with the service after the sale, and the not so compassionate service manager. Through the entire process the service manager never once even went outside to look at the car. We drove down to Clark tire where we always do business and told them about the leak and they immediately said "no worries, we'll take a look." He immediately went outside and looked at the window and lifted the hood, ran a hose pipe over the area and saw where the leak was coming from (10 minutes of work) and said " it looks like a cowl seal issue," - but my point is, Clark Tire treated me like the loyal customer I am. We have always bought all of our tires from there and will continue to do so, Everett did not meet our expectations of providing quality service or helping to even aid in resolving our issue, so we will never shop there again, nor ever purchase a car there. I guess this is a $22,000 dollar lesson, buy from someone who understands customer service and a company who doesn't conduct their service manager meetings at 10:15 in the morning, while customers are waiting to speak with them. Waiting and then not being satisfied with the results. Buyers beware! More

My work experience taught me much about listening and getting along with people; especially while negotiating and finalizing agreements. I usually take a few weeks to a few months to trade vehicles. The All-Star team at Everett Chevrolet helped us make a decision and finalize a deal during a couple phone calls and a single trip to the dealership. As we departed the dealership after purchasing a 2014 Silverado, my wife asked "did you expect to trade today, during our initial visit to the dealership?" I responded, "Yes, based on my phone conversation with Tom Bush yesterday, I fully expected to close the deal in a single trip because I had confidence in his ability to close a deal that was suitable to us and provided great value to us and the dealership. That's why I brought the checkbook along on the first trip." I searched dealerships and the internet for several weeks for a used Chevrolet or GMC truck with low mileage. After many hours of research, I came across two trucks at Everett Chevrolet in Hickory that interested me from the standpoint of mileage and price. I had never dealt with this dealership; therefore, I called the number listed on their website. The young lady who answered the phone projected a pleasant, caring and knowledgeable attitude. She knew the capabilities of each salesperson, quickly evaluated my needs and personality and made the correct match between me and the appropriate Everett salesperson. She even asked for my phone number in case the call dropped so someone could call me back. I asked her to connect me with a salesperson in Trucks. Tom Bush came on line. After chatting with Tom for a few minutes, I felt I could trust him. He even helped me evaluate my 2003 Denali by phone and gave me an approximate value if the condition was as I stated. I actually understated the appearance of my truck and he adjusted his offer accordingly once he conducted his personal evaluation. Based on his helpfulness, courtesy and understanding during that initial phone call, I made an appointment to drive the 1-1/2 hours, one-way, from our home to the dealership. When we arrived, he had the two trucks we discussed by phone sitting by the side door, ready for us to evaluate. We quickly settled on a used 2014 Silverado LTZ with 3,500 miles. Tom had my truck evaluated while we test drove the 2014. His initial offer was ready when we returned. We discussed a couple changes (adding pen striping and step rails so my wife could more easily enter and egress the vehicle). Following a couple adjustments to the proposed deal, we quickly agreed on a final price and Tom initiated documentation. Tom then introduced us to Ryan Hoke who has forgotten more about the electronics and other features of the truck than anyone else I've found ever knew. Ryan was so patient, pleasant and helpful! He's a wonderful trainer, teacher and coach. He demonstrates capabilities in a manner that made us feel we truly received great value for the money we spent for the vehicle. He highlighted capabilities and showed how they can be helpful and valuable tools to ensure we receive maximum benefit and satisfaction from our new vehicle. He even showed me things about my iPhone that AT&T had never communicated to me. We walked away from the session with him feeling we might be able to manage and utilize most of the electronic dash capabilities. If I were to start a dealership, Tom Bush and Ryan Hoke are the first two people I would attempt to hire because they understand customer relations like no one else I've ever met in the automobile business. To all of our new friends at Everett Chevrolet, thank you for a wonderful purchase experience! I hope the truck performs as well as the staff at Everett performed during our search and purchase. Most amazing car buying experience I have ever had Absolutely outstanding experience. Worked all the details with Kamby and Neil remotely. No psychological pressure sales tactic like most dealers do. I Absolutely outstanding experience. Worked all the details with Kamby and Neil remotely. No psychological pressure sales tactic like most dealers do. I was trying to work a deal with local dealerships (including one 2 miles away from my house) and nobody wanted to negotiate something that would make sense to me. I, then, remembered of the famous commercial on TV! Emailed them on a Saturday, we worked all the deals via internet and a week later I went over there to sign papers and pickup my car. If you think car buying is a hassle like I do, think again. And always remember: If you did not get a Everett deal, you did not get a deal at all! It is not just a commercial song, it is actually a reality. More

After finding the truck I wanted on their website I emailed them and said in effect I'm interested in this truck, no trade in, I don't care who the dealer is, all that matters is price so give me your best out the door price, please don't call me at this point. Brent Clark got that email and did exactly what I asked him to do and in the process badly beat 2 other dealers I was working with who didn't respect me enough to give me their best price as it was obvious they were more interested in playing games than selling trucks. Brent then turned me over to Conrad Smith to complete the deal. The first thing Conrad did was to point out a dent in the hood that I had not seen. The roll out dent man worked on it for about 2 hours and Conrad said he got it 98% out and we don't think you will see it and we are sure someone who didn't know where it was won't see it BUT we won't deliver it to you unless it is 100%. They asked me to leave it with them for a couple of days so they could turn it over to the body shop folks who made it all disappear and repainted it. At one point the body shop manager(I think) called me and said I need another day because I want to "rub on it a little more to be sure there are no swirls in the paint and the paint is still a little too soft for that". I left it with them and picked it up today. Body work was perfect. Also had them do a Rhino spray in bed liner which was perfect. I have bought a lot of vehicles over the years and I have never been treated any better from start to finish--even in the old days when customer service was being given by most dealers. I'm a big fan of Everett. This was my first time dealing with them, Lord willin' it won't be my last. More

Our local dealership had no idea when they could get one, and it would take months to order. We tried our local Chevrolet dealer, and he could not get a 2015 with the options we wanted. After a lot research in 5 states the exact Denali we were looking for was at Everett. We drove the 100 miles to test drive it. Our salesman Conrad Smith, was incredible as far as knowledge of the vehicle and the options. We negotiated the sale and were very satisfied with the price. We went back for a seat belt extension and parts is shipping it to us right away. so the bottom line is Good inventory, service , and price. We have subsequently spoken of our purchase with friends. An astonishingly number of people have said our family has bought there for years. Our local Chevy dealer said they were a 3rd generation premier GM dealer, they must be doing something right. I agree. More
