Justin did a great job explaining what exactly I was signing and Jaime made sure to answer any questions about the car as well as show me how to use some of the features (I have been living in a cave - I had no idea what OnStar was). Repeat Customer I found a used car on Everett's website that I was interested in, so I decided to stop by and see it on my lunch break. I was met at the lot by Conra I found a used car on Everett's website that I was interested in, so I decided to stop by and see it on my lunch break. I was met at the lot by Conrad, our salesman, he was great!! The car wasn't on that lot, so he let me drive one just like it and had the car I wanted brought over. That same afternoon I was able to drive home in my new car. Conrad went above and beyond any expectation I could have possibly had in regard to customer service. He was so accommodating and made the process of buying a car simple, easy, and fast. My husband works in Winston-Salem, we live in Statesville, Conrad had a driver take the documents to Statesville so my husband could sign them in the most convenient way possible. He and I noticed a small nick in the glass and he replaced the windshield no question. He made sure I left there 110% happy in my new car. Everyone that I dealt with was so friendly and accommodating. I can not say enough about the experience. I already have recommended this dealership to my friends, and especially the young man that sold us our car. We are in the market for another vehicle within the next year and we will definitely be buying it from Everett. The experience, made in large part by Conrad's effort, has made me a repeat customer for sure!!! More
