Tom was great to work with and very professional in reaching an agreement to purchase my car. All went smoothly until some minor body issue were noticed at the 11th hour. This is the point where most dealerships would have taken the easy way out and killed the deal or refused to resolve the situation. I was extremely impressed with the fact that Tom and the team without hesitation immediately resolved to make it right, no negotiation, no haggling, just straight forward do the right thing. Coming from a long standing import reference point - this getting to know you - was most important on human & machine levels. Quite smooth riding vehicles & well appointed interiors. Good selection. The heads up display is way cool feature on XTS. The dealership is very well kept and comfortable. We appreciated Kamby introducing herself prior to our leaving and truly there wasn't a thing we left wanting. Nice store great experience. Ultimately the product wasn't a fit - the Cue system was a bit more laborious & much less intuitive than we felt necessary for the next ride. This dealership has a great deal to offer. Great at first but lousy after we paid for it. Tom did a wonderful job sending us pictures of the truck we were interested in. When we asked if they could fix a problem we found on the paint, they were happy to work with us to get us to buy. We asked them to put something in writing guaranteeing the paint would be to our satisfaction, and they were very convincing that we didn't need anything, because their body shop would do excellent work. The work was very poor and we had to bring the truck to a body shop in West Virginia to have it fixed. They were surprised that a dealership would let that poor work leave their lot. When we said the paint job was not good, Tom left and never returned. Justin Phillips from finance came out to talk with me. I had already paid for the truck and could do nothing but take it and fix it myself. I will have to pay quite a bit to fix it now, but I know the body shop I take it to in WV will do a will do the job to perfection. Take a fools advice, always get it in writing!!! More

Two days later after two very patient and mannerly sales reps did everything possible to give me just the information I needed and after finding the need and choice for me ,we met with management and I drove away in a brand new vehicle that I , when I started my vehicle journey, knew nothing about.
