Great at first but lousy after we paid for it. Tom did a wonderful job sending us pictures of the truck we were interested in. When we asked if they could fix a problem we found on the paint, they were happy to work with us to get us to buy. We asked them to put something in writing guaranteeing the paint would be to our satisfaction, and they were very convincing that we didn't need anything, because their body shop would do excellent work. The work was very poor and we had to bring the truck to a body shop in West Virginia to have it fixed. They were surprised that a dealership would let that poor work leave their lot. When we said the paint job was not good, Tom left and never returned. Justin Phillips from finance came out to talk with me. I had already paid for the truck and could do nothing but take it and fix it myself. I will have to pay quite a bit to fix it now, but I know the body shop I take it to in WV will do a will do the job to perfection. Take a fools advice, always get it in writing!!! More
