Front grill of my 2012 CTS was damaged by a shopping cart. I visited the collision center to get an estimate and schedule a repair. GMC discontinued the support for the part. My estimator, Eddie, said his team would scourer their resources to find a used on if necessary. “Too hard” is not in Eddie’s vocabulary, he phoned me several days later to report that they found one out west. An appointment was scheduled and the repair was done very professionally. We were concerned considering the age of of the car with a broken grill and missing medallion would be to old to repair. Thank goodness I was wrong. More

I was not sure what to expect when I got to the dealership as we did most of the negotiations over email/texts. It was a pleasant surprise that from Sales to Finance I could not have asked for better people to have handled my deal. I received top KBB trade value on my vehicle along with a fair market price on the vehicle I was wanting to purchase. This was an out of state purchase for me, but I would do it again anytime based on my experience with this dealership. Thanks again Steve S. for all of you work on my deal. More
Dealing with a dealership shouldn’t make you upset but when they offer $12,000 off MSRP on a 5295 miles on your car, it is embarrassment to them for doing it. They offered based on “Good Condition” but cl when they offer $12,000 off MSRP on a 5295 miles on your car, it is embarrassment to them for doing it. They offered based on “Good Condition” but clearly in “Excellent Condition”. Pics sent don’t lie. My SUV has many upgrades with Ceramic Coating with 5 year warranty and upgraded sound system. But they are an embarrassment to customers and to their dealership. AVOID them. Not worth the headache on you. More

BUYER BEWARE ! ! WORST CHEVROLET DEALER EVER!! Purchased a 2023 Chevrolet Corvette 70th Anniversary from and Everett Chevrolet with 1100 miles on it. Let me start b ! WORST CHEVROLET DEALER EVER!! Purchased a 2023 Chevrolet Corvette 70th Anniversary from and Everett Chevrolet with 1100 miles on it. Let me start by stating I have 11 cars and buy at least 4 cars a year! So this comes with EXPERIENCE working with car dealers! I purchased the car and the salesman agreed to ship the car enclosed trailer and I asked if the 2 leather 70th anniversary bags that were listed on the window sticker were in the car. She said YES they were. I received the car on a Flatbed and the driver took my 2020 Corvette without even asking for the second key and before I could check the car! This guy just dropped off the 2023 and took my car without even telling me he was leaving!! I then check for the 2 leather 70th bags and, of course, were not in the car! Everette Chevrolet NEVER CALLED ME TO ASK A SINGLE QUESTION after I called several times!! I waited 3 months and never received a single document! I had to call and threaten to contact Motor vehicle division of NC. Only after that I finally received my registration and title!! DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER !!! More
Been dealing with this dealership for over 25 years, bought 9 different vehicles from them with good results, however we bought a 2017 Yukon March of this year with a good sales transaction. After 5 days driving the Yukon the battery was dead and had to jump it off. Took it in to the service dept and after 3 days they determined the heated seat module was draining the battery. They disconnected the module just to get it running. They claimed they ordered one and we've checked in several times over the last 4 months to check on it and get the run around from our service consultant if she even answers the phone. I think their hoping I'll just forget about the whole thing.. This is defiantly not the same dealership it used to be. More
