Best Buying Experience I hate to look at cars! However, our experience at Everett was awesome! We had an awesome sales associate, Conrad Smith, who took great care of us. He I hate to look at cars! He was able to answer all of our questions regarding the cars. The financing department, Justin Phillips, had everything in order and we didn't have to wait to sign paperwork. He answered all our questions! The sales manager, Dave Zeigler, kept checking on us to make sure that we were ok and happy. We had an another appointment we had to make and they made sure that they had us in and out on time. The team pulled together to have our new car clean, gassed up and ready to roll! All in all it was a wonderful experience. We didn't feel rushed to make a choice and couldn't ask for better service in all areas. I love my car and will work with Everett again! More

I was interested in the Volt, not carried by all dealers - not the most popular technology in NC, so it was worth a drive to a dealer that actually had two on the lot. Rusty was very knowledgeable about the workings of the car and the tech. He let me drive both, and even take one to lunch. He offered all the details of the Warranty and Certified Pre-Owned benefits, the OnStar and XM packages. The only hitch was that one's starter battery had run down; but that turned out to be a learning opportunity for me - you never know. The negotiation was smooth and quick, and the trade-in and financing details (so many details) were all laid out very logically and easy to understand. I never felt pushed, or pressured, or confused. Very happy with the deal - extremely happy with the Volt! I highly recommend it - but, it takes a certain type of person to love it. More

MY Best Car Buying Experience Ever Everett was the only dealership within 50 miles to have the car I wanted with all the features I wanted. Tom was great to work with and very professional in reaching an agreement to purchase my car. All went smoothly until some minor body issue were noticed at the 11th hour. This is the point where most dealerships would have taken the easy way out and killed the deal or refused to resolve the situation. We landed on & test drove the XTS & the Crossover SRX. Very knowledgable, polite &'personable salesperson. We enjoyed the route and appreciated the time & detailed information he shared with us. Coming from a long standing import reference point - this getting to know you - was most important on human & machine levels. Quite smooth riding vehicles & well appointed interiors. Good selection. The heads up display is way cool feature on XTS. The dealership is very well kept and comfortable. We appreciated Kamby introducing herself prior to our leaving and truly there wasn't a thing we left wanting. Nice store great experience. Ultimately the product wasn't a fit - the Cue system was a bit more laborious & much less intuitive than we felt necessary for the next ride. This dealership has a great deal to offer. We enjoyed our time spent with Todd Leger. More
