I saved about 20 thousand dollars on the Cadillac I wanted to buy when I purchased from Everett. Every dealer hear in Atlanta was at least 20 thousand more than Everett prices. I am from up north so the bad weather (by sothern definition) didn't bother me at all, but does effect southerners that are not used to it (even though us from up top wouldn't have even noticed the storm that day). Everett was open regular hours but all the banks there were closed due to weather the day I came. I found out later that Everett offered to pick up employees that didn't feel comfortable driving in on their own. At first I thought the employees just didn't want to come to work (especially since I drove all the way from Atlanta) but i I realized that even though I'm from up top the employees were not and it was a big deal to them. It just proved that not only did Everett care about their customers but they care about their employees too. They were there and I was happily surprised that not only was the car I wanted reserved, washed, and ready but so was my paperwork because they respected my time. We dealt with Mike White, and Mike made sure that all of the right things happened in perfect timing so that my mother's transaction was so simple and pleasant and it exceeded our expectations. The overall experience left my mother so happy with her transaction, and she came away telling all of her friends what a great sales team they have at Everett Chevrolet.
