Everett Chevrolet/GMC's 10 year, 100,000 mile warranty was topping on the cake! One negative; we had a 3:30 appointment and arrived at 3:25. There was no one at the reception desk/area and no one acknowledged us (several folks walked by) for several minutes as we stood waiting in the reception area. We were just starting to walk out when someone asked us if we needed help. We found out later that they were experiencing computer/phone problems and the receptionist was in a different area. More

Other than a few long waits (which, to be fair, seem to be unavoidable at all dealerships) and the fact that I had to make two trips from Columbia, SC (my fault, because my credit union was not open on Saturday, they did hold the car for me though), good experience and would recommend.
