I am very difficult In 2015 I have purchased two Enclaves (traded one in) at this Everett Chevrolet in Hickory, NC. Both experiences were outstanding. I am very difficult to deal with when it comes to big ticket purchases, but I have to admit, but purchases were seamless I live 60 miles away from Everett and pass scores of dealerships on my way to Hickory - but have no temptation or hesitation to go here for my vehicle purchases. I also sent a coworker of mine earlier this summer. He had the same outstanding customer service that I had Both times I have bought I felt that I was given a fair price for my purchase (and for my trade in). It seems there is a win-win approach at Everett. If you go there with your ducks in a row, and understand they have to make a profit as well, you will walk away satisfied.
