awesome! I began my contact with the dealership online early Saturday morning before they were even open. Immediately, I got a response from Joey Smith. We went back and forth answering some questions about the vehicle I was interested in. We then talked on the phone and his mannerisms was great. He was knowledgeable and gave some good joking in between. So after I informed Joey of what I needed to make the 1 hour and 10 minutes drive to purchase the vehicle he said," I'll text you the address, the roads are clear, and I will see you soon." I was greeted but another nice gentleman once I arrived and the meet Joey. I informed Joey over the phone that I did not want to spend hours at his dealership. I was in and out under a hour. Could have been quicker but we began discussing golf. A sport that we both liked so I didn't mind "busting my chops" with Joey! More

Out of state purchase I saw a great looking car on line and just had to have it. The car was being sold by Everett Chevrolet Buick Cadillac in Hickory, NC.....but I live in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania! Just wanted folks to know about....and wanted to thank the team at Everett for.... the effort and hard work they put into making this long distance car purchase possible. From lining me up with a 3rd party who could test drive the car and write a detailed report on all aspects of the car (and driving the car to the 3rd party!!)...to arranging financing (Brent....fantastic finance manager) and having the car trailered here to Pennsylvania...the team at Everett took care of all the details. DO NOT let anyone try and convince you that a long-distance purchase isn't possible. This maybe true with another car dealer but it isn't true with Everett. I COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED! All the potential hurdles I thought would be difficult to overcome were never an issue ( I have to admit that communicating daily with my sales person helped tremendously). My sales person, JR, was always available and handled all the details....there were quite a few but having an excellent sales person actually made the experience quite enjoyable. Thanks everyone at Everett!!! More
