She saw the Chevy Trax and really loved the look. Jamie Garcia handed me the keys and said take it home for the night. She loved the feel and comfort of the Trax. She decided that the Trax is what she wanted and I met with Jamie and Jeff Phillips to discuss the buy. They were wonderful and made the experience easy and simple. We received a good trade for the Equinox and a great price for the Trax. We worked with Corey Brown in Finance to get a great rate that was better than my bank, saving us money on the loan. After visiting 6 dealerships prior to this one and being given the same run around by the average salesman, working with these guys and witnessing how smoothly they made the transaction happen for us was such a relief. They got me in a GMC Terrain (which is what I wanted) that had just been traded in 3 days ago and wasn't even out on the lot yet. They knew I loved it, so they made the deal work for my dad's budget. It was such a relief and an ease. They let me take it home before the transaction was complete to let my mom "approve" of the car before finalizing the deal. I brought it back the next day to be detailed, and they hooked me up with a SWEET 2016 Chevy Impala as a rental car until my car was ready. The lot has hundreds of amazing cars and about that many employees who are willing and ready to serve, asking regularly if we needed anything or if they could get us any water, coffee, or snacks. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a stress-free car buying experience. They are the only place I will do business from now on. More
