Awesome staff and experience! I rated the experience so highly due to Jaime Garcia as well as the finance manager also named Jamie! They both worked as a team to make a bad expe I rated the experience so highly due to Jaime Garcia as well as the finance manager also named Jamie! They both worked as a team to make a bad experience into a very good one for me! The bad experience was damage to my FJ cruiser in Charlotte during the recent protests in the city - I returned to the airport to find my FJ beaten up. I was at the dealer really to get repairs done on the FJ when I noticed they had a Porsche Cayenne on the lot. I always have loved those cars. Jaime G. came to the rescue so to speak with no pressure just helping me to recover from my recent bad experience in Charlotte to marry me up with a car that I always hoped to own. They say things happen for reasons and at least this time that came true. I want to thank both Jamie's for hooking me up with a very awesome car! Very good car and very good deal! More

He is so personable and it is obvious that he loves what he does. There was absolutely no pressure to buy which I loved, and it actually made me want to go ahead with the trade-in and by new. Sim was great in going over all of my options with packages. He stayed late to get it all done. He took into consideration which car my heart was set on, not just what worked with the numbers.
