Our salesperson, Jason, was very pleasant, polite and helpful, answering all of our questions. Brent assisted us with getting us the maximum value that we could get on our trade-in, and Wood was fantastic in exploring and explaining the finance process and the various financing options available. And last, but certainly not least, Sebastian (along with all of the others) stayed well past closing time to help us get acquainted with all of the features of our new Camaro. Best dealer I never laid eyes on. I contacted Mr. Rusty Lutz approximately two months before I actually bought a vehicle. He ran numbers for me on various vehicles and was patient while I waited to make my decision and allow incentives to match up to make the best deal possible. When I finally did decide on a vehicle the appraisal of my current vehicle, trade-in allowance, insurance, tag, registration....everything was done online and over the phone. I was unable to physically get to the dealership, as it was a couple hours away from my home, until the weekend time frame. Mr. Lutz due to a previous commitment was unable to be there when I actually took delivery of the vehicle. But he made sure that Sabaston took care of my actual purchase of the vehicle. A quick trip to finance and insurance with Susan, and all the numbers and items discussed with Rusty over the net and phone came out exactly as promised. The vehicle was detailed, fueled and ready to go. Sabaston made sure I was totally aware and comfortable with all the bells and whistles (Denalis seem to have their fair share of those) and I was out and on my way. Really good experience with Everett. Everything was handled professionally and I even had my new tag/registration back in hand in less than two weeks, which is better than most dealerships can do. I have since talked with Rusty over the phone, and told him the next time I was in Hickory that I was going to stop and shake his hand. I still have yet to personally meet him. Everett still seems to do business the old fashion way where what is promised is delivered even when those promises are given over the phone or internet. Good job and good dealership! More
