Very Poor Service Had to wait 2.5 hrs for them to tell me that they would not honor an advertised price. I WAS A VICTIM OF BAIT AND SWITCH. Because when I inquired about the advertised price, which was lower than the vehicle should have been, my family and I were ignored for the length of time we were there. They finally decided to addressed me when it was closing time to tell me they would not honor the price. Mr. Powell said he wanted to earn my business by selling me another vehicle but would not sell me the vehicle he had advertised online. I will NEVER shop at Everett Chevrolet nor will I ever recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Positive 5 star purchase with Kate O'Neil sales person I give Kate O'Neil five starts as the best sales person I've ever had at Everett Chevy/Buick in Hickory, N.C. (and I've had many - having purchased I give Kate O'Neil five starts as the best sales person I've ever had at Everett Chevy/Buick in Hickory, N.C. (and I've had many - having purchased a PT Cruiser; Impala; several Chevy Equinox's and two Buick Encore's over the years). I am a difficult customer to work with as I always argue over a CASH deal but recently was introduced to the new Lease Program. And on the plus side; Kate is a delightful WOMAN SALES PERSON and there should be more of them like her at Everett Chevy/Buick in Hickory...! More

Slightly Used I have been dealing with Everett for about 30 years and this might be the last time. It took entirely too long to get a decent price on my trade in – I have been dealing with Everett for about 30 years and this might be the last time. It took entirely too long to get a decent price on my trade in – over 2 hours spent on the lot and test drive. The initial offer was about half the value of the vehicle so make sure you figure out how much your trade in is worth before stepping foot on the lot. After all of that the finance person tried to finance the vehicle as a used one which means the interest rate is higher. Does the dealership get a kick back on this? Under 10,000 miles on a pervious year model can be financed as NEW! More

Deception at its finest! This dealership used old photos and information to bait me to buy a boat that they had on site. They showed it as being a very nice condition lyman and I trusted the dealership and it's employees. I emailed and communicated via phone and finally sealed the deal. Only to have recieved a boat that was in bad condition,left uncovered and rotted. No one has taking the time to make this right so yes,I will tell all STAY AWAY!! More

Awesome Experience I was telling a friend of mind that I was in the market to buy a brand new 2017 Chevy heavy-duty pick up truck. He recommended that I visit Everett Ch I was telling a friend of mind that I was in the market to buy a brand new 2017 Chevy heavy-duty pick up truck. He recommended that I visit Everett Chevrolet in Hickory NC. When I arrived I met on of the sales staff named Bryan Parsons. He truly couldn't have been any nicer and was extremely knowledgable of the truck that I was looking for. He also introduced me to the sales manager Jaime Wilson and he was just as professional as Bryan. These guys were awesome. The three of us sat down to discuss my wants and needs. They were able to walk me through the entire buying process with ease. They were also a true joy to work with and made me very comfortable knowing that I could reach out to them with any questions along the way. Now that my 2017 Chevy Silverado 3500, 4wd has arrived I am so thankful to these guys for making my dream become a reality. Went above and beyond I went to this dealership to just look at the Buick Encores. After asking where they were on their lot, I was taken to them by golf cart. Jason Tallan I went to this dealership to just look at the Buick Encores. After asking where they were on their lot, I was taken to them by golf cart. Jason Tallant, a salesperson, showed me all of the vehicles I was interested in seeing. I ended up looking into purchasing a vehicle and he was extremely patient and very helpful.
