Finally a good car salesman After several attempts to purchase a Chevy cruze with cash we was done trying. I did not ever feel pressured and in fact did not go even looking to purchase a new car, but they walked me through the process and I walked away with a great deal and an exceptional car. out of state buyer treated poorly!!! wasted 600$ of my money I was interested in an 07 z06 Everett had in stock. I contacted a sales person there I asked him to look the car over carefully and asked for severa I was interested in an 07 z06 Everett had in stock. I contacted a sales person there I asked him to look the car over carefully and asked for several videos of the car running also of the underneath of the car. I also stated that if the car had any paintwork whatsoever I was not interested in it at all!! The sales person and his manager assured me it was a clean factory vehicle with a clean car fax and no damage or repairs. All of this was crucial as I had to fly 600miles to get there and would be bringing my own check for the vehicle I asked them to be honest and not waste my time or theirs. Upon arrival at Everett from Cleveland ohio I looked at the car for 2 minutes and the paint repair done to the vehicle was terrible!!!!!! I was told it was a clean original factory painted car!!!! Its was not it was embarrassing that it was even out on the lot that way!!!! after telling them I had no interest in the vehicle and wanted to leave they sent in the used car manager and tried to sell the vehicle to me again saying they usually don't pull a vehicle off the lot for a buyer lol I gave them a 500$ deposit I was serious about buying the car I flew there I had a check in hand for a car I was told was clean and original and factory and no paint work!!! It was all lies it was a total xxx!!! they wouldn't even give me a rental to go back home!!! so after wasting my time and money to go there to buy a car I was told was great and shown videos of Im out 600$ and did not buy anything from them also when I pointed out the overspray and the orange peel and the runs in the clear coat they assured me it came off of the corvette z06 assembly line that way LOL yeah I was born yesterday also to boot I have owned 2 c6 z06. I am very familiar with them I am a corvette enthusiast the sales person and the used car sales manager at Everett are not honest or nice or fair they just want to sell u something and will lie to try and do so! I own many chevy products do not let this chevy dealer make your opinion on chevy they are not all like this! Oh and thank you Everett I told you I was working night shift on a 6-12 schedule for the last 8 weeks it was my only weekend off and I wasted it on your poor ability to think about the customer first not your pocket!! Did you really think I would believe that corvette made z06 with overspray and runs in the clear coat?? Once again thanks for wasteing my time and money!! also for reposting the car for 700$ less than I was going to pay you for it! Post that car for 26000 you might find a buyer but not me try being honest too. all that I asked for was honesty and being professional with taking the time to actually look at car paint I had the money I flew there I was very disappointed with what I saw and how different it was from what I was told. Also if my review here is not believable I would be happy to show picks and vids that were sent to me and the ones I took when I was there. My best experience ever buying a car Buying a car has always been stressful for me. I have never had an experience like this. I have been looking for a SUV for awhile now. I found a Nissa Buying a car has always been stressful for me. I have never had an experience like this. I have been looking for a SUV for awhile now. I found a Nissan Xterra on the Everett website and had received an email within 15 min of my inquiry. Derick Parker spent a lot of time talking to me and I asked him to send me info on any other SUVs they had that I might like. He immediately sent me info on a 2010 Chevy Equinox LXT and I was in love! It's like he knew me because this car is so me. I went in the next day and the service was amazing. Everyone was so nice and Derick was so patient. I also want to say that Cody Dondio in finance was amazing. He worked really hard to find what was best for me. This was such a no stress experience. I will definitely be back. I also talked with Reggie Roles and he was great!! He answered a lot of my questions More
