I was was surprised they were the only car dealer within 50 minutes drive with the vehicle. Either Chevy dealer can't keep up a good stock or are having vehicle delivery issues in mnt and foothill regions of NC. What I liked was that I didn't feel pressured into buying and like some dealerships where they try to make you buy more expensive cars. More

But it was being sold as I was talking to CJ Miller. 2 days later CJ called me and said he was gonna make it a point to find me one and asked what I wanted. I gave him a nearly impossible combination to find. I also gave him my word I'd buy it if he found it. Sure enough he did. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate EVERYONE there. The ZL1 was a bit higher than others that I had looked at but it was the fact that CJ took the time to even look for one that made the sale. I drove over 130 miles to buy this car. To sum it all up if I could rate them 100 stars I would. More

Great Customer Service- Sales Dept. Sales staff was very easy to deal with and always willing to satisfy. The prep department that applies the Sentinel treatment needs some improvement. I pointed out some spots that had been missed on the seats and Jamie got them to correct. Came to pick truck up the next day and they had not corrected all the missed spots and Jamie had to take back to get corrected again. Also was checking fluids and the transmission fluid was over one quart low. The distance to drive to dealer is too far to get one quart added. Made me wonder if truck was PDI ed correctly.. Jamie was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful trying to get the Sentinel issue resolved. Sebashton was also very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. More
