We settled on either a Chevrolet Traverse or GMC Acadia with AWD which are similar. Justin Phillips, Sales Manager, got me a quick realistic quote that I can work with. I have further research to do on which options are necessary and decision-making how to get rid of my current cars/truck before purchasing. Worth the Two Hour Drive From Our Home Everett's advertised internet prices on the Silverado/Sierra truck that we were looking for were more appealing than those in the Triad. As a result, Everett's advertised internet prices on the Silverado/Sierra truck that we were looking for were more appealing than those in the Triad. As a result, we made the two hour drive to Hickory (twice) to continue our shopping. The trucks were super clean, our salesman Jamie Garcia, was most helpful in providing requested information on the trucks prior to our arrival and the buying experience was quick without questionable tactics or statements from the managers. The entire purchasing process was completed in under 30 minutes. On the down side, two problems were discovered on the certified pre-owned Sierra that we were purchasing. We discovered one issue during our test drive and Sebastian discovered one in his orientation. Both issues received prompt attention and were corrected. The 172 point inspection that comes with a certified pre-owned vehicle was not completely effective. Thank you Sebastian. Do your homework and check this dealership out for an overall good buying experience. You will not be disappointed. More
