Finance needs some work Had a great sales experience but pretty much lousy in the finance department. I had a 10 a.m. appointment on a weekday(not very busy that morning. Waited and waited and finally my salesman walked me back to the finance office to see Tim. He stated "I was just printing up your paperwork". He proceeded to finish up someone else's file he was working on and THEN proceeded to start printing MY paper work. He was also working on another file at the same time and several times put my paper work on the wrong file and later searching for it. Seemed quite disorganized. 40 minutes later we got finished and I ended up being late for work. Very frustrating experience. More

On Saturday we went to pick up a rental car on the way home Pam said lets stop at Everett to see what they could do about our needs there at the dealership we met Brandon Stump. He welcomed us made feel at ease we told him that we needed a car he went to Justin explained our situation came back in about 10 minutes said he could help us he showed us several cars we picked a Blue Chevy Cruze 2017 Brandon explained all the pricing of the car got the deal approved. Brandon then finished the deal with Tim in financing another great experience i would recommend Everett to anybody wanting to buy a car. More
