Over the top - Excellent! We were first greeted out of our car by Lance (“like the cracker”, he said with a nice smile) and was so very warm and welcoming to the dealership. He directed us to Jaime Garcia whom we had an appointment with. We had already spoke to and had a sale in progress with Jaime. The process of completing our application for our lease went smoothly. We were able to drive home with our new car that evening. We were unable to meet with Sebashton that evening so I returned the next day to meet with Sebashton Benton who took me through the entire function of the car’s capabilities. He was very detailed and made sure I understood each application before moving on to another. I received a courtesy call today (12-19-17) from Sebashton who wanted to be sure I was enjoying the car fully. I plan to visit him and have my husband’s smart phone registered to the car also. He offered to do this for us. I suppose I could read the manual and perhaps figure it out myself, but we enjoy coming in to the dealership every time . This is our second lease with Everett. Our first lease took us out of a 2002 Bonneville into a 2015 Malibu thanks to Ramiro Garcia. Many, MANY technology and vehicle upgrades! We utilized their Service Department for oil changes and EVERY time were greeted with kindness by all staff and concern all our needs were met. Joey Jones is an exceptional employee at his role at Everett through the Service Department. We’ll be life long customers! P. S. Shortly after our recent purchase, my husband was in a car accident (he is ok) and his car really was not worth repair. We went to the local VW dealership just to check on a TV add. Oh my! They need your help! We had to go and find someone to help us and then he really was not attentive. We walked out and immediately thought of Ramiro Garcia as he sold us our first Malibu and could help us with a good used car. He also provides excellent customer service. More

First purchase! I have been looking for a truck for about a year and found my first truck at Everett's. After Matthew Lee drove us to Morganton from Hickory to see THE truck I was interested in and I did a test drive, I knew that was the truck for me!
