Though it was unusual not to take possession of the SUV once the finance paperwork was completed, Mr. Mendoza asked if I could give him time to ensure that my vehicle had gone through the extensive check-up all used vehicles must go through. I am grateful for his thoroughness. My SUV required maintenance that would have been costly, had I paid out of pocket.
