Took my vehicle for a RECALL and the MPVI. I received a video from the Lever I Tech that he was recommending a Brake Fluid Flush, a Fuel System Flush, and a Transmission Filter Change ( my ve I received a video from the Lever I Tech that he was recommending a Brake Fluid Flush, a Fuel System Flush, and a Transmission Filter Change ( my vehicle does not have a transmission filter). I called the Service Adviser and told him what had been recommended and asked what each service cost would be. He gave me a quote of $754.87. When I came to get the vehicle after the recommended service was completed, I was charged $853.58. I have no way to rate the "speed of service" or "quality of work performed" so I rate it as average. Since I live 25 miles from the Dealer there is no "shuttle service" so I have to have someone pick me up and then return me since I did not want to sit at the Dealer over 8 hours. More

I purchased my 2024 GMC Acadia back in August. Everett GMC agreed at the time of purchase to fix a chip in the paint. Prior to picking up my car I let them know it makes a noise when accelerating Everett GMC agreed at the time of purchase to fix a chip in the paint. Prior to picking up my car I let them know it makes a noise when accelerating and I would like that looked at as well. The car was returned to me over a week later and when the driver showed up nothing had been done to my car. Keep in mind I was never notified that they were returning my car. The driver called 15 minutes prior to pulling in my driveway. This was confirmed by the auto department who told me to have the driver return with my car. I also asked if anyone looked into the noise it makes when accelerating and they said they didn’t know anything about the noise but would make note to make sure it was looked at. The driver took my car back to the shop. I was told it would be 3 business days to have it repaired. It took them well over a week to finish my car and unfortunately, there was still no communication by their team. Based on their poor customer service and communication skills, I am giving them a poor score. I shouldn’t have to reach out multiple times to figure out what’s going on with my car and when it’s gonna be fixed, the dealer should be communicating with me. More
