I had an appointment, they estimated the time of labor to be about 30-45 minutes, after sitting in waiting area for 1 hour & 20 minutes the receptionist says they don't have all the parts needed to fix my do be about 30-45 minutes, after sitting in waiting area for 1 hour & 20 minutes the receptionist says they don't have all the parts needed to fix my door handle. My time was wasted obviously & when speaking to theservice manager about being unsatisfied he laughs, very unprofessional. I'll never use this dealership again. More
