Fast, friendly routine oil change and service review I called for an appointment to have my oil changed, and the appointment was made in accordance with my wishes as to time and day. I arrived a little I called for an appointment to have my oil changed, and the appointment was made in accordance with my wishes as to time and day. I arrived a little early and was greeted promptly and asked to wait in the service waiting area. Soon the rep came and showed me a couple of items that needed attention, to which I agreed to have one done that day. Shortly thereafter, my car was ready, cleaned, and parked where it was easy to find. I paid at the service window and went on my way. All in all, it was a pleasant experience with no problems.
