There was a great selection of autos that I wanted to look at, all of which were clean and neat and ready to test drive if I had wanted. All in all I found dealing with this auto agency to be a good experience. I will definitely recommend my salesperson and this agency to my car buying friends. More
Pricing Wrong Was charged $3000 more than the website price. I do not think that is fair! Customer service was good but it took way too long. Was charged $3000 more than the website price. I do not think that is fair! Customer service was good but it took way too long. More

In the past, we were used to the standard auto warranty being sufficient - usually as long as we had the vehicle. We were told by Casey that if we had the car longer than three(3) years, the computers replacements would be the most expensive items, and our car has 3 or 4?. We were surprised at the mention of the 3 year term. But we assumed that he knew the product. Through reading the warranty manual the length of the original new car - bumper to bumper - was five (5) years. So, we felt we were mislead in this area. We did go ahead and put the remainder of our Sonata warranty ($1700 or however much) along with $100? more to cover the 'new' extended warranty to 10 years for peace of mind. Casey did say that if the refundable amount was more the $1700, we would receive the difference. Had we known the warranty was applicable for the full five (5) years, we would not have purchased the extended warranty at this time. We were told previously that the extended warranty (which we bought there for the Sonata) was refundable if we changed out minds. Is this correct? Does this apply to the Elantra? BTW, this was the first extended warranty we have ever bought, but purchased the Sonata as a used car. Eric did a great job and made us feel that we were doing the right thing in trading. We felt that he was very fair. After talking to Casey, we certainly felt pressured about the importance for an extended warranty. But have been concerned about the difference in the three (3) yr or five (5) year bumper to bumper.. Perhaps you can answer that for us. Our feeling is that if there were major problems with the Elanta, Duell and/or Hyundai would stand behind the product longer than the 3 years we were told. Hence: the extended warranty. Bottom line, we do like the car, the color....etc. Also, Eric is not a 'pressure' salesman. You should be proud of him. P.S. Will the Elanta title be forthcoming? Thank you, Terry and Carol Hightower More

I had my own financing but they also offered to help me see if they could beat my deal. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that was looking for a great deal and friendly staff. More
