He was completely open and honest about all aspects of the available vehicles that would meet our needs and gave us complete information on financing options, etc. Most importantly, he gave us full attention with no distractions on his part. We found all of the other staff that completed our buying experience, to be extremely helpful, professional and friendly. We had put off looking for a new vehicle because of past experiences with dealerships and salesmen. To say this was the best buying experience we ever had is an understatement. More

Excellent, fast, friendly service I typically do not like shopping for a new car. I did quite a bit of research online, so I could minimize the amount of time I would need to spend at I typically do not like shopping for a new car. I did quite a bit of research online, so I could minimize the amount of time I would need to spend at a car dealership. I completed my finance application online. When contacted by the dealer, I explained that I had selected the type of car that I wanted, and asked if they could find one in the price range I wanted. I was contacted that same afternoon and told that they did have a car that met my needs. I let the salesman know that I had a very brief window of time in which I could come in that afternoon to check out the car and make the purchase if everything was ok. When I arrived at the dealership I was impressed with their sensitivity to my time constraints. Everyone was friendly and professional. This was, quite literally, the least painful/most enjoyable car shopping experience I've had. I will definitely recommend John Allen and the rest of the Evansville Hyundai team in the future. More
