I will not beg to do business with you I cannot get an answer to a simple question. You would rather remove me as a customer than answer the question (your words). Ok, done. Called twice I cannot get an answer to a simple question. You would rather remove me as a customer than answer the question (your words). Ok, done. Called twice, submitted emails and even contacted sales to try and get the answer to a simple service question/schedule work. The end result and what got the ball rolling was I said to remove me from the mailing list. That got a response...you jumped ALL over that and said you would be happy to remove me. I guess it’s easier to do remove me as a customer than answer the question and schedule service. Once you sign your name on the dotted line, all of the “good customer service” ends. I will not beg to do business with you. More

With competition comes quality, a standard rule of economics. So as you guessed, no competition, no quality. To the mechanics credit, one has to be a computer tech as well as a mechanic to understand hybrids, to look intuitively, with experience, to the source of the issue, not just replace everything until the light is still on the dash. Essentially, Evans hybrid mechanics guess....a lot....at issues with the result being to replace, not repair, not fully understanding the root of the issue. Keep replacing until the light goes out. Try, try, again. Ft Wayne needs more hybrid repair competition. More
Rude Parts Department Associate I ordered a cargo net for my 4Runner that was difficult to install, got in the way of the cargo tray, and was too loose and flimsy to hold anything. I I ordered a cargo net for my 4Runner that was difficult to install, got in the way of the cargo tray, and was too loose and flimsy to hold anything. I tried to return it, but the dealer refused because it was past 30 days. This part is something that you have to try to use a few times before you realize ultimately it's junk. Beware of ordering anything from this dealership. More
EVANS Toyota I do not recommend this service center. We took our certified Sienna in for a new battery. We purchased the vehicle 3 weeks ago. The service center I do not recommend this service center. We took our certified Sienna in for a new battery. We purchased the vehicle 3 weeks ago. The service center told us the battery was covered by our warranty. When my husband returned to pick up the van the battery was not replaced. The service center said our battery was fine. The van died within 2 hours after my husband picked it up. We returned to the dealership with the van the next day and insisted they replace the battery. They (the same person from the previous day) told us the battery was not covered by our warranty. The customer service at this dealership is atrocious! Do not take your vehicle to them! More

I’ve never been so disappointed in getting my Toyota serviced. I took my 2009 Corolla in for a cam shaft bearing repair, which was only suppose to take 1 to 2 days. Long story short, it took them 2 tries to repair the initial issue, which was bad enough, but when I got the car back it had a rough idle. They could never determine the issue even after I took it in 6 different times for the same issue, they tried to tell me that the issue was unfixable and then proceeded to get nasty with me, I ended up walking away....talk about not wanting to own up to a problem they created. I would never recommend Evans Toyota for anything; go to a different dealership to get your Toyota car/truck serviced. More
