Great service experience I worked with a Steven Geiger for my last service. Stellar service at Evans Toyota! i am on a cross country road trip that started in southern california on july3, 2018, and i am traveling to the northeast. i expect to drive over 7,0 i am on a cross country road trip that started in southern california on july3, 2018, and i am traveling to the northeast. i expect to drive over 7,000 miles before i return to california in august. on my way from tulsa, oklahoma yesterday to visit friends in fort wayne, indiana, a shield under the front of my 2015 prius detached and was noisy as it flapped in the wind while i was on the freeway. i got off the freeway, pushed it back up, and made my way safely to fort wayne. there are two toyota dealerships in fort wayne, and my friends suggested that i go to evans toyota. my advisor was justin winters, who was outstanding! he was professional and knowledgeable, and once my car was put on the rack, they reattached my loose shield, and he showed me the work that was done. justin stated that the reattached shield should hold, and that in his professional judgement, it was not necessary to replace with new parts. he did list for me the id numbers for the replacement parts, if i need them in the future. all of this work and advice took less than an hour, and the total cost on my invoice, including labor was ZERO! the technician took the car out for a test drive, and then i was on my way. this was service with a smile, and anyone who needs service on a toyota vehicle in the fort wayne, indiana area should go straight to evans toyota. thank you evans, for your great service and piece of mind for me as i continue on my road trip! Steering Wheel One day when I was driving I went to turn into a parking space and I heard something pop, kinda bothered me so a couple of days later I went in to get One day when I was driving I went to turn into a parking space and I heard something pop, kinda bothered me so a couple of days later I went in to get my oil change and I said something to Dave Cornett ( Dave is the only one I go to, have been with him for 12 to 13 years I trust him 100 percent) anyway I took it in and told Dave what I heard, he said he would have them check it out, after about half hour Dave came to find me and told me my steering had cracked and it needed fixed , Dave said it needed done that day he was not going to let me drive it because it could loose the steering in it and have an accident, Dave was really concerned, he cares very much about his customers he is the best , he takes care of his customes as far as I am concerned Dave went above and beyond he could of just let me drive my car out, Dave does not add on more things to be done to your car just so they can charge you more like other places, I am so comfortable and at ease when I bring my car in to be worked on because i know it will be done right, You have a good man and worker(Dave Cornett) I am glad I came to Evans Toyota when I moved to ft. Wayne 13 years ago, I know my car is in good hands and I tell everyone to go to Evans if they are looking for a car I bragg on Toyota they are the best vehicle in the world I have a Rave and it has 183 thousand miles on it and it runs and looks great !
