I have been a customer for 20 years plus las week I took my 2019 Toyota tundra crewmax with 20,000 miles for service they told me it was my tires bad I got new tires. While they did make effort to create a deal that worked for me, since then I realized that they don't care about customer service if it's not easy. When the customer has a problem, suddenly the customer I for me, since then I realized that they don't care about customer service if it's not easy. When the customer has a problem, suddenly the customer IS a problem. They don't answer their phones in the departments, they don't call you back, and they add fees and cheap add-on "features" that they overcharge for in the extreme. For example, "scotch guard" and "ceramic coating" don't cost very much to do, in fact the ceramic part you can get for an add-on to the free car wash for about $7 depending on the time of the year, but they're charging hundreds for those services. They have sales folks do their own reviews of the business on Google. The lobby looks old and careworn, and the the reception desk looks like it's from the 50's (and is falling apart). They have too many sales guys, and when you're out on the lot, you'll see two or three of them heading your way. High pressure sales tactics. Finance officer in a rush so you don't read the fine print, but aren't very organized. This dealership SCREAMS "we want to squeeze every penny out of everyone we can". If you choose to ignore any of the rest of this comment, and you choose to go to this dealership to buy a vehicle, be prepared to be there for 4+ hours, even if you know exactly what you want, they have it, and you're paying straight cash. And ask for Chad or Steve. More
