Unfortunately, when buying a used hybrid from any source of seller, one is pigeon-holed in Fort Wayne, IN into having the maintenance performed by the Unfortunately, when buying a used hybrid from any source of seller, one is pigeon-holed in Fort Wayne, IN into having the maintenance performed by the dealership. With competition comes quality, a standard rule of economics. So as you guessed, no competition, no quality. To the mechanics credit, one has to be a computer tech as well as a mechanic to understand hybrids, to look intuitively,with experience, to the source of the issue, not just replace everything until the light is still on the dash. Essentially, Evans hybrid mechanics guess....a lot....at issues with the result being to replace, not repair, not fully understanding the root of the issue. Keep replacing until the light goes out. Try, try, again. Ft Wayne needs more hybrid repair competition. More
