Our family roots in the Fort Wayne area run deep. We first opened our doors all the way back in 1955, and we love what we do. We are still a family owned business and now our second generation has taken over. This family is still very involved in the day-to-day operation. Dave Cornett is Outstanding! Dave Cornett is an outstanding service department representative, making sure that the customer's needs and concerns are fully addressed. We had to bring the van back in for a radiator leak, after having the radiator replaced a few weeks ago. Dave took care of the warranty replacement quickly and efficiently. Also the van's a/c was not cooling, and Dave informed us that the compressor was worn out (after 268k miles!), and Dave found an affordable, high-quality replacement compressor for us. It is always an pleasant experience dealing with Dave whenever we have our Toyotas serviced. Dave's performance should be a model for everyone in the service department! More
