Met me in the parking lot As I pulled into the parking lot, two service employees were walking across the lot toward the building. They stopped at my car and asked if I was in for service. I explained the situation. My FOB had just stopped working, and I couldn’t lock or unlock the doors manually either. They listened and then walked with me to the desk. It may not sound like much, but it meant a lot to me. They could have just kept walking and let me approach the desk cold.
