Our family roots in the Fort Wayne area run deep. We first opened our doors all the way back in 1955, and we love what we do. We are still a family owned business and now our second generation has taken over. This family is still very involved in the day-to-day operation. He will also take an issue to upper management to get the best deal if he feels one is needed. If a part is under warranty, both he and David Cornett will make the calls to get those parts covered. I have never worked with a better team then I have with Chis, Dave and Scott House. They truly care about the customer, and I can say working with Scott for 13 plus years, I truly feel as though they are not just Toyota employees, but my friends as well. The Blueprint Rav4 Hybrid was "the one". Best of all, it had more bells and whistles than I even knew existed and was still in my price range! Love getting more than expected! More
