Our family roots in the Fort Wayne area run deep. We first opened our doors all the way back in 1955, and we love what we do. He did some research for us to find the exact vehicle we were looking for as he did not have any in stock. He kept in touch with us over the next few days and found an exact match at the right price. We were also pleased to find out he was a Costco representative as well which alleviated our concerns of getting a great deal. The process of purchasing our new car went smoothly even though several employees had to stay late to accommodate us. More

Came in for oil change due to vehicle warning and tire rotation. Service indicated vehicle did not need oil change yet as it was running with synthetic oil. Tires were rotated. I mentioned I heard noise f rotation. Service indicated vehicle did not need oil change yet as it was running with synthetic oil. Tires were rotated. I mentioned I heard noise from left front. Service writer rated car before and after the tire rotation. He believed noise moved with the tire and after driving I agree. Tires are ready for change so will get new tires and make sure that fixes the noise issue. Quick service with excellent communication with the service writer. More

SERVICE EVENT on OCTOBER 29, 2019 I came in to have four tires replaced. The tires were mounted, balance and a alignment was completed in less time than what I was told. YEA!! Very easy and hassle free! Chad Voglewede was great to work with! I just purchased 3 vehicles for my business and Chad listened to all my wants and needs then went to work. He found 3 vehicles for me that fit the criteria and all fell within or below budget. He called me when all 3 were ready for pick up and had them waiting for me. All I had to do was walk in and sign some documents with Gary Cramer the finance manager who was also awesome to work with. Gary explained some different warranty packages I could purchase but was in no way pushy. All in all my experience was the better than I have had at any other dealership. I hope my review is helpful as I am not one to usually write reviews but I cannot say enough great things about Chad, Gary, and the whole team up at Evans! Highly recommend! More
