Purchased a vehicle a few weeks ago I kept getting calls about insurance on the vehicle which was done at time of purchase and then I called back for over a week with no response from anyone on whether they about insurance on the vehicle which was done at time of purchase and then I called back for over a week with no response from anyone on whether they received the paperwork or not then I’ll speak to a manager TJ or RJ whoever he was very rude very nasty very unprofessional and I quote he stated he’s going to match my energy he could’ve match my energy at the time of purchase I would not recommend anyone go there unless they have an address in Evans because apparently any other address you are less than a person and as a customer you are not valued very disappointed in the management at that Kia location They don’t stand by their image that the customers first once they get your money you have no significant value to them they can talk to and treat you anyway they would like More

If I could give this dealership a ZERO, I would. However, that is not possible so they’re lucky to get a 1 from me. I worked with several sales representatives and they all were horrible. Jim Bignell in finance was very helpful as well regarding the extended warranty.
