Get rid of the online appt scheduler if it doesn’t work Scheduled appointment online only to find out that it doesn’t work with your system. I was recieving text and email alerts to remind me of an appoint Scheduled appointment online only to find out that it doesn’t work with your system. I was recieving text and email alerts to remind me of an appointment that no one there even knew about. It took 12 days to get a timing belt to fix my car. The “rental” I was given was clearly a piece of junk they couldn’t sell. I was told not to smoke in the car (I don’t smoke) yet when I got in the car smelled of cigarettes, and there were cigarettes in the ash tray. The cup holder had something sticky, and disgusting in it. Not to mention the plates on the car weren’t legible. I can’t believe I didn’t get pulled over by a cop while driving it. More
