I went to this dealership after a friend referred me when I was looking for a 335. So I checked them out online, did my research on prices and found that they had the best value of the car I was looking for. I was looking for a 335. So I checked them out online, did my research on prices and found that they had the best value of the car I was looking for. Called and set up an appt to check out the car with Naz. Loved the car and ended up having BMW check out the car before I committed to anything. Naz was nice enough to drop the car off for me at Classic BMW, inspection checked out as I was told it would, and ended up buying there. I love my car and the no pressure sale was a breath of fresh air from other dealerships I have been to. Would definitely recommend and purchase from them again! More
The BMW Z4 I bought was for my son. They promised us a 2nd key and manual and never delivered. I had to list the car for sale 2 months later due to my son being sent overseas and their financing they gav 2nd key and manual and never delivered. I had to list the car for sale 2 months later due to my son being sent overseas and their financing they gave us would not ship the car over in my name. They knew of this requirement and just wanted to get the deal done. When trying to resell the car, I found it was completely painted and lost value. I had asked if the car was every wrecked or painted and was told no. They pretend to be good guys but are only interested in your money and a sale. No one would return my calls about the 2nd key after stating they lost too much money on the deal when I refinanced the car. I was disappointed in their lack of integrity to say the least. Karen More
BEST customer service, I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good car with no hassle. Love their upfront and genuine approach with their customers, not once was I haggled. STRONGLY rec to anyone looking for a good car with no hassle. Love their upfront and genuine approach with their customers, not once was I haggled. STRONGLY recommend this dealership, if you have a large franchise you are thinking about going to first, skip it and just go straight here! The amount of time I dealt with salesmen haggling me at another dealership was longer than the amount of time Sam at European Motors had me leaving in a new car. Every person in there was so friendly as well. More
This is my second time buying a car from European Motors and I must say my expierence was just as great as it was the first time. My salesman SAM is great ( a regular guy and not pushy). From the first gree and I must say my expierence was just as great as it was the first time. My salesman SAM is great ( a regular guy and not pushy). From the first greeting as I walked through the front door to the last handshake as I left, I was made to feel like I was the most important customer that he had. He was willing to do anything possible to make sure that I left there with a vehicle that I felt good about and at a price that I was happy with. He is definitely what customer service is supposed to be about!!!!! More
After reading all this reviews, i was scared of visiting the dealership, but then found the car I was looking for at great price so decided to give them a shot. I emailed them for an appointment and got ins the dealership, but then found the car I was looking for at great price so decided to give them a shot. I emailed them for an appointment and got instant reply from the sales rep. We went there on Friday, saw the car was in great condition, test drove it and took it for mechanic inspection. We finalized the deal and on sat I got my down payment check and headed home with the car. It was a smooth transaction and took me like 15 mins for all the paperwork. The car did not have the remote as the previous owner did not provide it to them. But the manager promised me a remote and Tuesday, 2 days later got a call that the remote was here and I had to drop the car for setting up the remote. They even provided me with a loaner vehicle while they had my car for a day. Also fixed a little battery problem and tire sensor issues... they never refused me to help me with my car even after I bought it. More
I had been looking for a decently priced E320 CDI or Bluetec for a while when I found a 2007 Bluetec for sale at European Motors. The price was pretty good so I sent in a lower offer which was denied. Bluetec for a while when I found a 2007 Bluetec for sale at European Motors. The price was pretty good so I sent in a lower offer which was denied. A month later I called back since the car was still for sale and made the same offer which was accepted under the condition that I buy the car in the next couple of days. I ended up waiting about ten days since Thanksgiving was coming up within the week and travel from San Antonio to Dallas is kinda crazy at this time. I had a cashier's check made out for the sales price plus fees and taxes just to make it clear that I was serious about buying the car. Before leaving I asked my salesperson if there were gonna be any surprises and he said no. I flew up to Dallas and had a cab driver drop me off. I looked the car over and within ten minutes found paint work on the driver's rear corner which was poorly done. There were sanding marks in the bondo and overspray on the trunk. Against better judgement I went to the appt I had with a Mercedes shop to see how bad the damage was and a body shop guy who works next door to them said the damage was skin deep but would cost a Grand to fix correctly. I took the car back with the intention of asking for more $ off. When I got back I was greeted by the MGR and owner and as soon as I mentioned body damage the owner flew off the handle and told me there was not any body damage. I assured him he was wrong and then he told the mgr he refused to sell me the car even for the original agreed-to price. I pretty much knew the deal was dead so I asked them if they could provide me with the phone number for a local cab company and they refused to give one to me! They said no. I could also tell that they were an inch away from telling me to leave but it was cold outside and I was gonna wait inside for my cab unless they were prepared to tell me to leave. I got a cab company phone number by using my cell phone, called a cab, waited and left. While I was waiting the mgr came back to pick my brain about what I would want to make the deal and I told him I wanted a car that had never been hit. If they had told me of the poor body work prior to me making purchase arrangements I would not have been there. The owner could not have been more uncool if he had tried. Stories for the grandkids. The visit to this dealer resulted in the worst business interaction I have ever experienced in any setting, I have ever been in, in 28 years of doing business. I was interested in A 2007 Lexus ES350 Bl interaction I have ever experienced in any setting, I have ever been in, in 28 years of doing business. I was interested in A 2007 Lexus ES350 Black with ultra package. The car had odvious paint work in the rear end. I asked whether the car had been in an accident and Russel said "No some minor scratches was painted" I asked for the price of $27000 to be put in writing, and they said "sure we are sending it now"....they took two days to say "Sorry we sold the car". They were not going to honor the price!! Fortunately so......because the bank I was using found out the VIN# had been washed clean. After purchasing the exact same car with chrome wheels, less miles and 3yr 100k warranty for virtually the same price from Park Place Lexus in Plano which went extremely smooth......... My fiance and I decided to drive by European Motors 2 days later, and you guesed it..... the same Lexus they said they had sold was sitting on the lot. Here it is 9/28/2009 a week later and they still have it on their website!!! Craig was as rude and slow to thought as they come....and Russell personified "Crooked xxxx" in person and flesh! Dont even think about buying anything from them, everything that came out theirs mouths was lies!!!!! More
The ratings listed here are very deserving of this dealership. I was fortunate to have bought a car that was still under factory warranty. I have drivena Lexus all my driving life. Not until I bought dealership. I was fortunate to have bought a car that was still under factory warranty. I have drivena Lexus all my driving life. Not until I bought this car have I ever had to have it in the shop for major repairs. It's in for a new engine. Go to the dealership! Stay away from European Motors! More
I saw an ad for an 08 BMW 535 with 28000 miles all the acccessories for a very good price. I called the European Motors USA, and the salesperson I spoke to was very cordial, so I went to look at and driv acccessories for a very good price. I called the European Motors USA, and the salesperson I spoke to was very cordial, so I went to look at and drive the car. The car seemed to work OK, except that the A/C seemed to be inoperative when stopped at idle. I went back and spoke to the salesperson and discussed purchasing the car, and asked for the in-service date with regard to the warranty. He said he didn't know but would find out. I also asked if they had a CARFAX or other report availble--he said he could get one, went to another room, but when he came back he said nothing about it, so I stopped at the BMW dealer to ask about the in-service date on the auto, based on VIN#. They said they would have to contact the administrator, because there was a problem. I purchased a CARFAX report on the car that said it was a California lemon buy-back. The BMW representative got back to me to tell me that it was a "branded title" that meant it had been totalled or lemon, and that the warranty would be void except for the high pressure fuel pump. I am fortunate that I decided to check it out further before purchasing, and I'm happy I did. I would not buy any car from them. More
Found the typical no haggle pricing to be a rude experience. I find out now (3 years later) that the title appeared to have been 'washed' of the fact that the vehicle had it's frame straightend. Dea experience. I find out now (3 years later) that the title appeared to have been 'washed' of the fact that the vehicle had it's frame straightend. Dealers have a carfax=-type system of their own...demand to see it or take the car to another dealer for a trade-in appraisal. I ran a carfax before I bought the car and it was clean. I asked if the car had been in an accident and was told 'not to my knowledge'. How convenient. Don't fall for the pretty face car without checking the background. There are lots of these upscale dealers with spotless models - they're very slick folks. May they go out of business soon. More
