I bought a vehicle from them in April 2011, and at the time, I was quite happy with it. Low mileage, seemed to be in great shape, claimed to have performed an oil change and other assorted service. With time, I was quite happy with it. Low mileage, seemed to be in great shape, claimed to have performed an oil change and other assorted service. Within a month of bringing it home, I discovered a number of problems that were not disclosed, including a failing power steering pump and a leaking heater core. They stopped returning my phone calls that month. Five months later, I had to have the engine rebuilt, because they didn't change the oil filter when they changed the oil, on an engine that's known to be HIGHLY prone to sludge clogging. The mechanic who worked on it found additional problems I wasn't aware of, including a coolant leak (other than the aforementioned heater core leak). It's running again now, after a lengthy rebuild process, but be warned that this dealership doesn't perform proper maintenance on their vehicles, and won't even acknowledge your existance after the check clears. Absolutely unacceptable from a business that's otherwise friendly and, on the surface, looks reputable. More

The entire group is very professional in their actions, promises and deliverables. Matt knows cars very well and has steered me away from certain models he knew I wouldn’t enjoy. Most importantly, on each car I purchased, he pointed out in detail any cosmetic issues so I knew what they were before I signed on the “dotted line”. The negative review here can only be from unrealistic people. You can’t buy something used and expect something brand new. Every used car will have some level of wear and that’s why they are far less expensive. If you are in the market for a used car this dealer is the place to go. More
Terrible service all around, unreliable and untrue to their word. I am not sure how they are still in business if they service people like they serviced me. their word. I am not sure how they are still in business if they service people like they serviced me. More
I purchased a 2003 Porsche 911 Turbo from Matt at European and I couldn't be happier. I first found this dealer on eBay where I was runner up to an auction. It was hard getting Matt on the phone at f European and I couldn't be happier. I first found this dealer on eBay where I was runner up to an auction. It was hard getting Matt on the phone at first, because he was so busy, but he called me back soon thereafter and both apologized and gave me his personal cell phone number. (I've never gotten that from a dealer before.) After his web site listed another car that I wanted to see, he spent 20 minutes with me on a Sunday going over the details of the car over the phone. I could hear his family in the background, so he was clearly going above and beyond the call of duty. He listed literally anything that he considered a problem, pointed out that any used car will never be perfect, and I went to meet him at his office the next day. I am a perfectionist, and the "problems" that he named were a joke and not noticable from more than three inches away. There was a small stain on one of the rear floormats, but other than that, the car was perfect. Needless to say, I bought the car on the spot and picked it up the next week. The car was a touch dirty when I first saw it, so Matt had the car fully washed and waxed for me when I came to get it. Marcia, who handled all of the paperwork there, literally had me done with the process within five minutes. Nobody tried to sell me an extended warranty, glass etching, or any of the other items that EVERY dealer tries to force on you after you have already finalized a deal. (I hate that.) I asked about a warranty out of curiousity, and was told that they'd be happy to provide one, though. Fast forward one week, and the spot on the back mat started to bother me, as the car was literally perfect besides that. I drove to a Porsche dealer and got some sticker shock on the cost of new mats. I called Matt and left a message to see if he could reccomend a product to get the stain out, and he told me he'd call me back in two minutes. He immediately called me back and told me that he'd spoken to another Porsche dealer that was ten minutes away, where they would sell me the mats at cost for about half of retail. I really can't say enough about how pleasant an experience I had with these guys, and the fact that I'm writing this review is a testimonial to that. I don't normally write online reviews, but the negative review I saw on here paints these guys in the wrong picture, in my experience. I have bought more than a few new cars, and more than a few used cars. Some people buy a used car and expect it to be like new, and that's just never the case. There's a reason why manufacturer's warranties expire at some point. Used cars will eventually have things that need to be repaired, and you need to do your research. Knowing that, I wouldn't hesitate to send my grandmother to buy a car from Matt. More
Terrible dealer - they sell fancy LEMONS! Bought my car from them, next day - broken down on the LIE! Well, after $3000 in repairs and many many phone calls to them I received no response to any of the num from them, next day - broken down on the LIE! Well, after $3000 in repairs and many many phone calls to them I received no response to any of the numerous messages I left. I guess these guys figure that once you drive out of their parking lot - they're done with you! More
