I purchased a BMW from this dealership and initially had a good experience. However, as soon as I handed over the check, everything changed. After one week of owning the car, I had five service issues (chec a good experience. However, as soon as I handed over the check, everything changed. After one week of owning the car, I had five service issues (check engine light, vehicle check light, replaced transfer case, replaced taillight, and replaced halo light). Please keep in mind the car had a great autocheck and carfax history. I reached out to the dealership to have these repairs paid for but they out rightly refused. After several more calls, they finally accepted to pay for the check engine light and replacement of two bulbs. I drove 2 hours to NJ expecting the repairs to be completed the same day. I arrived to find out they would need 4 business days and would not be able to offer me a loaner car. Even though they had almost a week, when I picked up my car, only the check engine light had been fixed. The dealership offered no apology for failing to do what they promises, instead they told me a light bulb was $5 and I was overreacting- I ended up paying almost $200 to replace the front halo light alone. I faxed a copy of my receipt to dealership and asked for a refund since they should have fixed it- I have not heard anything back. Finally, almost 40 days after the purchase of the vehicle, I am still waiting for my permanent registration and license plates to arrive. The dealership has been unable to submit simple forms in a timely manner to the PA motor vehicle department. For the past week, I have been calling in the hopes of resolving the issue but no one is able to give me a solid answer. I even asked for a refund of my registration fee & tax and offered to go to the Motor Vehicle to register the car myself. They refused and ensured me that they would be able to do it. If you are considering doing business with this dealer, I plead with you to reconsider. The past 40 days have been filled with stress and anxiety. I have even taken time off work because of all the problems with this dealer. It's just not worth it.I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I am waiting a resoltion- There have been 10 complaints failed against this dealership in the past 12 months FYI. I recently went to european auto expo expecting a deal deal as my friend had gotten last year on his car. I come to find a very nice car priced for sale at 22,895 (good price for the vehicle and the milea deal as my friend had gotten last year on his car. I come to find a very nice car priced for sale at 22,895 (good price for the vehicle and the mileage). I was told that the monthly payments i was looking for (300-350 a month) they were able to do with the price of the car plus warranty and taxes, etc. I was very excited so I left a deposit and went back when i had more time to finalize the deal. Upon my arrival i was greeted, these people are very friendly and talk to you respectfully, but don't be fooled they are out to get you. Anyway, they took my info and in 20 minutes I was approved, the sales rep came back and said "congratulations, you have been approved and your monthly payments are 459 dollars lets get you in the car" he said the numbers realllyyy fast so that i would be duped into thinking it was what i was looking for, so i asked again and heard 459 dollars a month. I asked for the final price of the car which he wouldnt give to me, they then called me into the office throwing all these bullsh** numbers at me, mind you my credit was very good, in the high 700s, so they said they couldnt go any lower, i was speaking to one of the head guys now. I said i didnt want to buy the car because i cannot afford what they said, (they brought me back only to tell me i was paying more, what tricksters) ok lets do the math initial price of car- $22,895 warranty from bmw itself- $2,450 taxes- $2,500(in and out of state together) other fees such as dmv, registration, plates, etc- $800 total- $28,645 after bringing the big boss in the room he made a deal and said ok ill give it to u for 369 a month plus taxes (god knows how much they would have added onto the tax price) so i said no because you guys brought me out here and lied to me telling me that 300 a month was due-able now ur telling me its not. So i asked him for the grand total and he told me it was : grand total- $33,880 so that leaves is $5235 unaccounted for, do they really think im stupid? They probably did because im only 18 years old but i have a good head on my shoulders. Yes i know interest is charged...but let me ask u this, who charges almost SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS for interest when im putting 5 thousand as my down payment and financing for 72 months. I would not all them con-artists because they are nowhere near that, theyre not good enough nor smart enough to rip me off, i am a very quiet person, i did not argue with them i just respectfully told them i couldnt make the payments and I left. But i want you guys to be careful when ur shopping here, they are not out to sell cars they are out to steal your money!!!!! I hope they see this too! More

I went to check out a few Infiniti M35's on their lot. A salesman named David/Danny or something similar, I can't remember his name because he never introduced himself or shook my hand (unprofessional), "as salesman named David/Danny or something similar, I can't remember his name because he never introduced himself or shook my hand (unprofessional), "assisted" me. He was too busy on his phone text and IM'n. Let just call him a "key-fetcher". The first M35x one was dirty on the inside with pet/human hair and dried up spilled drink. And to top it off, when he got me the keys, the car wouldn't start. On to the next vehicle. The second M35x, was cleaner, the color combination I was looking for. He tells me a price of $21,900. I ask for the keys, thoroughly inspect the vehicle, and test drive it. I like it. I get inside the office to discuss the price, and he changes it on me. Now it's $23,995!, because that's what's on the website. Rookie mistake? I say OK, lets bring that down closer to the original price and we have a deal. I tell him what I want to pay, he agrees and starts tallying up the "fees". Fees to expect: Dealer Preparation Fee $795 Documentation Fee $395 DMV Fee $195 DPF? I told him I'm not paying him $795 to pay an undocumented worker $5 to wash and wax the car. He says he has to speak to his manager. He gets his manager, which looks like another salesman. He erases the number the kid wrote and puts a new (higher)number. We go back and forth and I walk out since I had to get back to work. A few days later, I get a call back from the "manager" to come back and to talk some more. So I do return, ready to deal. As soon as I sit down and start talking about prices the kid goes and gets another manager. This time an older gentleman, he inflates the price from $22,995 that me and the kid agreed upon to over $25K. He tells me that he will only let me buy the car if I get their Extended Warranty through a third-party. I tell him I don't need their warranty, the car is already covered and I will extend it with Infiniti myself. Then he tells me I can't buy the car without the $1,800 warranty add on. Fees: DPF $795 Doc Fee $395 DMV $195 Extended Warranty from third party $1,800. Over $3,000 in fees, that's not including taxes on the vehicle. This is for informational purpose and to prepare whoever dares go to this dealership for the shock. Also, this review is for the location in Lodi, on RT46 which is the same dealership. More
I was looking for a nice preo-owned bmw for my daughter when I cam across European Auto Expo. It seemed like a really nice professional place, with great cars at a great price through the internet. I calle when I cam across European Auto Expo. It seemed like a really nice professional place, with great cars at a great price through the internet. I called up and asked the dealer about the car that I was intrested in. He gave me some great figures over the phone, but when I got there, it was like he completeley lied. There was so many hidden Fees and in order to get the internet price you have to buy there extended warrenty which is so much money it just brings the car back up to other dealership norm prices. I drove for hour and half, and I was so dissapointed. More

My husband and I each purchased a car from european auto expo. The staff there provided us with excellent service. Each person was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Most of all they were patient. It was a three day process and at no point did they pressure us. They stayed late, delivered cars, and offered to do anything to help us. It was such a relief to work with your employees!!! Thank you again European for such a pleasant experience and we will definitely tell our friends and family about our experience with european auto expo More

I bought a 4 yr old Mercedes Benz from them. On the phone they agreed for a price (and promised no hidden charges) plus agreed for 1 month 30days full warranty. I was coming from Delware. Once I went there, they agreed for a price (and promised no hidden charges) plus agreed for 1 month 30days full warranty. I was coming from Delware. Once I went there, they gave me a invoice $500 more than the promised amount. when asked, he says, the prep fees is default and he knows I've come from far away and it would be a hassle for me to go back. He says, he forgot to mention that price. They will all surround you (almost very threatening manner) After arguing for 30min I had to settle for $250. Next, I'm paying him using my debit card, for this he is charging me 2%. Who charges for Debit card? (bank clearly mentioned no charge for debit transaction) So another argument there for 30min. So after the payment is made, he gives me the 1 month warranty and mentions 50% parts covered. now that the money is transferred, he is now not ready to negotiate. He promised 1month full warranty and says 50 on parts for limited warranty (transmission and engine) well. I was really fed up of this by now. finally took the car (with almost nill gas in it). got it checked up and got a bill of $1800 (brake pads, rotors, B service etc). He never paid me a penny till now. they are such a cheap guys, there attitude is very horrible. They all talk in Arabic in front of you and make fun off you. Never buy anything from them. I should have read the reviews in dealerrater.com before going there. Very bad track record. The guy who has a very bad attitude of all is Amir Ahmed. He is a xxxxxxx. Beware of these thieves. They are big cheats. More
