I found European expo online at cars.com. Mero was the sales person I was in contact with and would purchase the vehicle from. The price of the vehicle was listed low and this dealership managed to raise sales person I was in contact with and would purchase the vehicle from. The price of the vehicle was listed low and this dealership managed to raise the price five thousand dollars more than the listed price with bogus fees. The only reason I purchased the Vehicle was due to it being a limited addition with thirty thousand miles and no accidents. The oil was dirty and the filters needed to be changed. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP! More
I went into European Expo Auto just to look around, I was approached by a very professional salesman his name was Shawn. Very polite and understanding, always smiled about every negative comment I gave him, not your ordinary sales man. The product knowledge he knew was truly amazing from A to Z. He made us feel really comfortable with him, which got him his sale. My wife and I already recommend a few of our family members to him. What got me to write this review was that he called a week later just to say HI and how were enjoying our new Mercedes Benz and if we had any concerns or question to never hesitate to call him. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. They put low price as a special just to make you come to the dealership. This weekend they had a special for a vehicle we were interested in. Special was $358 low price as a special just to make you come to the dealership. This weekend they had a special for a vehicle we were interested in. Special was $35877, we negotiated a little more. Sales person get approval from his manager Miro on sale price. After that we test drive a car, we gave $500 deposit. They had to detail the car, so we left with agreement to come back to pick it up Monday. I thought we had a deal, but half hour later Miro called saying he can not sell this car for the price we agreed. He can do it for $7000 more, which was $3000 more than a special price advertised online. It is a false advertisement. He offered similar cars to sell, a car that is two years older with 30,000 miles more. Really that was your plan? What a waste of time! People save yourself time and trouble, go somewhere else. This place is full of lies. More

They are liars, gave me one price over the phone and when I asked them to fax bill of sale to my bank I discover a price jump of over 6k. What a waist of time an energy. These guys take sleazy to a new low…I saw their ad on cars.com and e-mailed them to a prompt return call. I told them how much I was looking to pay for the vehicle and after checking with the manager wa cars.com and e-mailed them to a prompt return call. I told them how much I was looking to pay for the vehicle and after checking with the manager was told they could agree to the price as long as I put $3,000 down and financed through them. This worked for me but having been burned by used car people before I wanted assurances that the rate was acceptable so gave my info online and was assured the best rate (which wasn’t surprising as I have great credit). Still a bit nervous, I decided to Google them…bad reviews on Yelp (1.5 stars) and 1 star on njbusinessfinder…but with not many reviews on either so I looked at Cars.com and they had mostly good reviews so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt…big – BIG mistake. When I arrived they were cleaning and waxing my car…I was impressed…then I looked inside and saw the interior did not match the description of the car I wanted. The salesperson acted surprised and incredulous so I checked the VIN (I had brought the carfax with me)…no definitely not the same car though it was the same year and approximate mileage. It was the old bait & switch. Oh but they would give me the same price…yada yada yada…I should have left then but not being married to the interior I decided to test drive and move ahead. Forward to credit terms…turns out I actually hadn’t been approved but they can sort everything out except they couldn’t give me the lowest rate because of the year of the car…just .3% higher…ok I’m a dufus for staying around this long but I wanted to drive away in my new set of wheels…then he tells me how much the payment will be. So I pull out my smartphone and Google Car Finance Calculator and find that the monthly amount I should pay is $60 per month less. I ask the sleaze what the deal is and he starts to go through the calculation with the car price $3,000 higher. What??? To which he shows me his website which says that there is an extra charge of $2995 per vehicle. Wasn’t that explained to me…NO! It was not…$3,000 down is a down payment. I got up and left never to have back the several hours I spent driving out and dealing with these lies. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY! More

Once I informed him of it, his attitude changed and he began to talk down towards me. He has completely turned me off to trying to do business with them. I thought about buying a car from them but his lousy attitude to me turned me off so very much today that I decided to go elsewhere. He talks to customers with no respect. If the other partner was there, we probably would have done a deal this morning and I would be picking the car up tomorrow. More
