When I walk in the service department, Dave O'Brien greets me with a smile, knows me by name, and makes me feel as if I am his only customer. I waited 10 years for my new Mercedes E550 Sports 4Matic, greets me with a smile, knows me by name, and makes me feel as if I am his only customer. I am unable to clean my own car due a bad shoulder; I do not trust just anyone to clean or wash my car; Dave O'Brien has made sure I am able to have Mercedes do the above for me. I have been taking my GL550 to Mercedes Benz Devon since I have owned it. Michael Davis has been my service representative and he really is fantastic! i highly recommend requesting him as your service rep. I have owned it. They are very accomodating with loaner cars, always call me with a quote for repairs before performing any service and always have the car ready either when or before they say they will. Upon entering the GORGEOUS service department, I was warmly greeted by a representative confirming my appointment and directing me exactly where I needed to go. When I walked up to Dave O'Brian's desk (my favorite service person in the world) and goodness knows, I've met a ton of them with all the cars my family has had, I was personally greeted and assured that all would be taken care of. I happily pick up a loaner car which was gorgeous and so clean (I almost didn't want to go back to my old car) until I saw how beautiful my own car looked upon pick up. A job well done and within the time period stated. I have multiple friends that have either purchased their cars here or have them serviced and we all agree, it's great. I am a part-time working/stay-at-home mom and the last thing I need is more hassle. Thank you to everyone here that made my Thursday and Friday so great! More

Mercedes is a brand I have owned for the last 30 years and I have been a customer of many different dealerships and the Euro Devon dealership is by far the best in Sales and Service. The entire staff and and I have been a customer of many different dealerships and the Euro Devon dealership is by far the best in Sales and Service. The entire staff and in particular Mike Davis treat you like you were part of their family. Servicing a customer is a lost art and Euro reminds me of when you go to a very exclusive restaurant to eat and as soon as you walk in the door all your needs and expectations are exceeded from start to finish. The two mercedes I currently own are only serviced by Euro Devon from oil changes and tires to anything else that needs to be done. More
