I bought CPO C300 was very unhappy with it. I contacted the dealership within 2 weeks to let them know the car underperformed in acceleration and brakeing, and that the satellite also seemed to malfunctio the dealership within 2 weeks to let them know the car underperformed in acceleration and brakeing, and that the satellite also seemed to malfunction, the radio would stop playing and GPS would randomly recalulate. Having had satellite radio and intergrated GPS in 4 cars I believed something was wrong. My salesperson said, "Sorry to hear you aren't happy." I canceled the extended warrenties and sold the car on July 11, after only 3 weeks. I called the dealership 4 weks later to ask about my wheel and tire refund.. The accounting department could not tell me if the cancelation paperwork had been submitted. I was told I needed to contact Paul Moss. I explained I had been trying to but he didn't return my emails. They said they would have him call me. He never did. I emailed him again and finally lgot an email saying he wasn't surprised it was taking so long and would look into it. It is now 10 days later, 2 emails later still no reaponse from Paul Moss and no check 7 weeks after I submitted the paperwork to Paul Moss. the worst MB location i have Ever been to!!! having had MB my entire life. i have repeatedly had problems with service, _going there in general is a painful experience. after this last time i will drive an MB my entire life. i have repeatedly had problems with service, _going there in general is a painful experience. after this last time i will drive an hour to avoid going back!! have a 2005 500 MB, bought there , paid cash. always had it properly serviced there. very poor customer service, actually changed people more than once-dont return calls,etc. command system stopped working and was told promptly i needed new one-$7,000 dollars and a new something else -total over $8,000. fine, went to pick up car and was told they couldnt sync my blue tooth, iphone(which worked fine before it broke), because the car was too old and my phone was too new! drove for a month with no saved navigation, phone #s, etc - it was awful! called, made appt with "tech expert", who said it couldn"t be done-would need new car to sync everything and he showed me how to manually insert phone #s- i have way to many contacts to do this but at least put 6 most important in... a few months later go to southampton, ny dealership down the street from my summer home- theyre always friendly and happy to help! what a difference!!! smitty sat in my car for 30 seconds and synced everything perfectly- UNBELIEVABLE!! needless to say i will not go back to devon-they are too busy and not professional!! I have had 3 Mercedes and was looking for the fourth. I have been to several MB dealers and none of them can hold a candle to Euromotorcars of devon. In fact I was so disheartened by the experience I had have been to several MB dealers and none of them can hold a candle to Euromotorcars of devon. In fact I was so disheartened by the experience I had encountered I was not going to by another MB. But Rich Venenzi and Thomas Palmer were fantastic. Not only did I buy a brand new car when I was looking for a used one, we also left with a used car for my partner. Dealers like Cherryhill,Delaware,Maryland should call and ask for advise on how to treat a customers. thanks for restoring my love for Mercedes Benz Tony More

Being that I came from So. Jersey, which was a few hrs away, I honestly feel we were clearly disrespected. I told him that I was interested in purchasing a 2012 E350 Coupe.. CASH!!!!! But from the unprofessional experience that I witnessed, I'd rather take my cash to Keenan.... More
