Great Experience! We are from NJ and were having a difficult time locating the vehicle we wanted in NJ. In addition, Bill actually met me half way in New Hope, PA to drop off the car as the dealership is about 2 hours away from my house. We met and signed all the paperwork in a restaurant parking lot and I drove off with my new car. Talk about great customer service! I have not used the service department, although I would if not for the distance from my house because I am sure that the quality of customer service continues beyond sales and management into the service department.
