Drove 225 miles to evaluate a cpo Benz to find it had 3000 more miles on it than as advertised. Based on the overall appearance and the test drive, I purchase the car. When home, i discovered that many i 3000 more miles on it than as advertised. Based on the overall appearance and the test drive, I purchase the car. When home, i discovered that many items that should have been corrected during the cpo inspection process had not occurred. The windshield washer bottle was empty, the spare was almost flat and the engine air filters were dirty. When I expressed concerns about this, they volunteered to pay for an inspection by my local mb dealer. I followed through with the suggestion and informed them of the inspection cost. Five weeks later and no reimbursement has appeared. Very poor customer service and respect. More

Worse experience ever. I would not suggest going to this dealership. The sales people do not know there product and were caught in a lie. Go figure once you buy you are stuck. When we brought the car home we learned that the electronic blind in the back was broken so we had to take it back the next day. This should not happen when you buy a car! Later in the week we learned that one of the lights was out. They should of fixed this before it was bought! I could go on about them, but I won't. Do not buy from them. My suggestion get a quote on a car you like and take the quote to another dealership to see if they will match the price. More
