Purchased Damaged Vehicle Vehicle, Unwound Deal We purchase a GL550 from them on 7/10/15. During the delivery of the vehicle, we noticed a spot on the door that was lighter than the rest of the veh We purchase a GL550 from them on 7/10/15. During the delivery of the vehicle, we noticed a spot on the door that was lighter than the rest of the vehicle (there were several other misc. issues with the paint and chrome as well). We took the car Friday evening as soon as we left to a professional detailer who I use for my other vehicles. After his review of the car, he used a paint meter and determined that the area in question was damaged and that area was missing the clear coat (we assume it happened when the dealership prepared the car for delivery). We took this write up (on Saturday 7/11/15) from the detailer to them to review, they then agreed to take the car back and locate another. They promised us a call regarding the options Monday morning. On Monday morning (7/13/15)we received a call from the Sales Manager that they were going to unwind the deal and return our trade-in. We spoke to the general manager to review the issues and he suggested that we could unwind that deal and start over on a new vehicle. Based on the interaction with the staff at EuroMotorscars Devon, we determined it was in our best interest to part ways and NEVER step foot back in that dealership. We went out that evening to another local dealer who was great to deal with, they wrote up two options for us for similar vehicles (one with more options, one with slightly less). The new dealership was professional and easy to deal with. What a pleasant surprise after the people we dealt with in Devon. More

I was introduced to Tom Palmer, the new car sales manager at Euro Devon through a mutual friend. From the first conversation to delivery of our car, Tom treated me like I was the only customer buying a car from his store. And they sell over 150 new cars a month so you can imagine he is extremely busy. Tom was easy to deal with, very very responsive during the process, and gave me a price only a fool would turn down. When buying a car, I'm very detailed and ask a lot of questions. Tom answered every one of them professionally and showed me that his only goal was to exceed my expectations. Even on his days off. At delivery, my wife and I met Doug DeLanoy who is a product concierge and took the time to deliver our vehicle. His attention to detail and professionalism was the best of the best. He went over every single detail of the car. If you've purchased many cars like I have, you know most dealerships rush you out after you've signed the paperwork and leave you to figure stuff out on your own. After delivery Doug offered his personal cell# and was available this weekend to answer a question about Park Assist.
